The best GF cake we have eaten. I used dairy free butter for the oil, soy milk, and flax meal eggs instead for a special diet. We couldn’t tell that it was any different from a regular cake. I will continue to use this mix!!

I have a PASSION for baked goods and have recently been struggling to fill the cake shaped hole in my heart as I am no longer able to consume products containing gluten. Considering how expensive and mediocre pre-made gluten free goods are, I was more than willing to give this mix a shot! I have always been fond of Krusteaz products but this cake is AMAZING! The texture is comparable to regular cake and the flavor is very mild and not too rich or sweet! I honestly prefer this cake over any other box cake mix I have EVER had- and it might even be the best cake I’ve had all together. Even my boyfriend who is not fond of sweets ate this with me every day until it was gone which didn’t take long at all. Do yourself and your gluten free loved ones a favor and purchase this product!

I bought this to make cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. Not too sweet, great chocolate flavor, wonderful texture! They rose nicely, too. We liked them better than regular cake.

I love this brand’s GF muffin mixes but this cake mix is a bit gritty. The flavor is good overall!
