I've used this eyeline for a while and love it. I purchased recently the "new and improved" formula version. It smudges like crazy on the top of my eye and does not stay in place! I'm so sad. Please go back to the old formula that worked!

I loved the old verison, they said it dried out but that never happened to me. The new one is sticky and rubs all over my eyes by the end of day so now i have to find something new.

Dried out after only 2 weeks of use, probably a total of 10 actual uses. That's even with storing it tip down like I do with every other liquid liner I've used

I LOVED there old formula and packaging. The new packaging is horrible. The actual pen its slef feels super thick and uncomfortable to hold and the tip doesn't create the sharp lines like what it used to. Im so dissatisfied with this liner now. I tried to love but its a NO for me.

I bought two of these when they were on sale. I can only do one eye before its to dry. So I had to open the second one and in the morning I use one liner on each eye and most of the time I can barly finish with two brand new liners.

I've tried a number of other, cheaper eyeliners. Several worked well. But this one is so much easier to use. The lines are thin and crisp and precise. The ink flows smoothly and never too fast. It has upped my eyeliner game already. I will definitely be coming back to this eyeliner for repurchase.

I love this eyeliner. It goes on smooth and dries quickly. No smudging and stays in place. I have lots of "spare" eyeliners for if I run out of this, but I never allow that to happen so the "spare" end up just taking up space in my makeup drawer.

The transfer and wear are horrible! I use primer and also had eyeshadow on. I had to fix it 3 times over the course of the day. Im absolutely returning this and getting my money back.

Picked this up on sale since I've never tried it before and it's basically completely dry. If I'm able to actually get some product out, going back over it(like trying to sharpen the wing) removes the first layer. One of, if not the worst eyeliner I've ever used.

I saw other recents comments that the formula has changed- just bought after using Stila's for years and this KVD is terrible. I sit at a desk and just checked my mirror at 5pm, transfer and smears all over my lid. I use eye primer and high end shadow, never had even the NYX or essence waterproof liquid liner wear this terrible.

This has been my holy grail eyeliner for years, but not anymore. The formula has changed and it no longer sets. Instead it stays a bit tacky, smears, and transfers all over my eyelids. I've tried powdering it after applying, but it's no help. Don't waste your money.

I've had my mini eyeliner for almost a year, using it twice a week. That's about 100 applications, and it's still going strong! KVD is my favorite brand for liquid liners, and I own both the mini and full-size versions. A tip: if you don't click the cover closed or forget, it will dry out quickly. As for Anastasia's liquid eye products, they tend to dry out much faster!

The old formula was amazing and looked like skin, but still sucked with trying to keep it from drying out. The new formula is nothing in texture like the old version. Its very textured, thick and it does not dry down completely. Its also very sticky on my eyelids and once it smudges, its really hard to get off my eyes with makeup remover. After a couple uses, its very difficult to make the actual liner fluid enough to use and I end up either shaking it a ton or wasting alot of product on my hand trying to get it going.

I used to love this eye liner. The brush tip allowed for sharp precision and it stayed on all day. Only downside was it would dry out fairly quick so i would reserve only for my wings. Now it's definitely wet enough but it trasnfers almost immediately. No stay power with this one.

It's dry coming out of the tip so you have to prime it a lot on your hand. Then it never dries. I can do every combination of setting it and it still glues my eye lids together. Only when it's transferred to my top eyelid does it set in place and become impossible to get off. Literally the worst makeup product I've used. I never write reviews but I'm so grumpy about this stupid eyeliner that I had to come back and write this.
