Measured for the correct flange size however this is still too big and I get air bubbles around the flange therefore milk is not efficiently expressed. I believe this has led to a low milk supply :( I don’t believe a smaller size is available.

I do think my Lansinoh pump is Great but my 25mm flanges are starting to warp and I can't find them anywhere!! I use 19mm inserts but they only fit in the 25mm flanges! Please don't advertise that you have 25mm when you dont. Looks like other people are having the same issue. Curious if customer service actually helped...

I ordered these flanges as I reading the information on fitting neither of the flanges provided with the pump seemed to fit one of my nipples well. The product itself is well made, strong and of good design. It fits well into the breast, and the material around the edges helps keep it in place which is wonderful when I am pumping whilst breastfeeding my daughter who likes to kick it. I find the sizing confusing, and although it could just be that I am of the minority I am still struggling to ensure I have the correct fit with my flanges (I mix and match depending on my nipple that day. Maybe include a fitting card with your pumps (like the ones you can order online) or sell a set containing all for a discounted price, as I am currently deciding whether to order the last size, but I am resentful of paying delivery again due to trial and error. Overall great flanges, just wish their was a bit more help with fitting.

I bought the Lansinoh breast pump which came with two flanges that were too big for me. Maybe we should be able to choose a size when purchasing the electric pump as the 25mm was too big for me. This size flange is a lot more comfortable for me to pump.

I found the 25mm flange was rubbinh my nipple (I use the manual pump) I measured myself properly and realised I needed the larger size. I’ve been happy with this product. No more pain when pumping!

I was struggling with the 25mm and couldn't figure out why. Midwife suggested finding a smaller flange and it's been amazing since. I have severe childhood trauma that causes me to struggle with anything breast related but these flanges have upped my comfort levels and supported my breastfeeding journey.

The 21 ml flange is too big and that is their smallest size. My whole areola is getting sucked into the tunnel. They need smaller sizes. Not an inclusive brand.

I ordered these to go with the Smartpump & they’re a much better fit than the 25mm ones that came with it. Being the right size has made pumping much more comfortable! I like the fact that Lansinoh offer different flange sizes unlike some other brands.
