A: This item includes one NaturalWave Slow Flow Nipple. Preference with bottle nipples are realted feeding at breast rather than their age. Recommended to start a breastfed baby with a slow-flow nipple.

Not consistent. It will work for a few weeks and then slowly your output will decrease. You can change the parts and that will improve things but again only for a little time. I saw the reviews and bought it as a primary pump. Big mistake….if I could do it all over again I would start with a better more reliable pump. As a FTM 100% do not recommend. It will give you anxiety because of how inconsistent it is. Also it gave me some nipple damage that I wasn’t aware of until I saw lactation consultant reviews where they discourage ordering any pump from Lansinoh. Now, their bags and bottles are great on the other hand. I wish I wouldn’t have followed the stellar reviews on sites like this. Check out be my breast friend for further insight. It’s been helpful to see her page to see what good primary pumps are there.

This has 8suction levels in stimulation mode. Many pumps only have 5. It has a standard overall suction range. What really stands out is the range of speed. It has 3 styles: slow (about 40-50sucks/min), medium (about 50-60sucks/min), and fast (about 60-70sucks/min). Stimulation mode is about 100-150sucks/min. With each increase in suction, the speed goes down slightly in each mode. Most other pumps don’t go above 70 sucks in stimulation mode and 60 in expression mode. I can’t get a let down on these pumps. The few pumps I’ve tried that are faster are painful to me for some reason. I have had this pump for over a year and used it moderately. I’ve had no issues with durability. The pump is a great price with affordable replacement parts. I understand many other pumps have gimmicks (like portability, various Bluetooth features, etc), but that doesn’t matter if the pump doesn’t empty comfortably and efficiently.

I got this through insurance, and it was great at first. It didn't hurt my nipples, and it had different sizes which was great. Then, it stopped draining the milk. I was getting four or five oz from each side, then I started getting one, maybe two from one side while the other was drained all the way. We ordered replacement parts for it. Turned out it was the cap on top. It worked fine again once we put the new one on, until it didn't. After a couple weeks, the same thing happened. It started leaking air and not having great suction.

I ordered this pump in December of 2023, and my insurance covered it, which was great! I use this pump several times, per day, and have done so for well over a year now. I am an exclusive pumping mom, and my breast feeding journey wouldn’t have been possible without this pump. I purchased two additional sets of pump parts, early on, so I always have a clean set ready to go. I will always recommend this pump and the extra pump parts!

i currently have the momcozy s12 pro which i use on the go. i bought the lansinoh smartpump 3.0 before my insurance sent me a pump which toon 6 weeks (spectra). of the 3 pumps i have the smartpump is by far my favorite and is the one i rely on the most: i get fully emptied when i use it and i’m able to maintain my supply with it. i love that i can control it from my phone and that i can keep track of my pump sessions and my daily, weekly, and monthly milk production all in the app. absolute 10/10 from me! the only down side in my opinion is it didn’t come with any flange inserts. luckily my momcozy came with several inserts and they fit in the smartpump so everything worked out perfectly.

I originally bought the Spectra that everyone loves and absolutely hated it. The nipple damage that thing caused me was wild. As an exclusive pumped I would have given up if a friend didn’t give me the Lansinoh. This thing is amazing. The flanges are comfortable, the settings are great and my output doubled

I’m a third time mom and I absolutely love this pump, long battery life, I love the app and it comes with so much. I love that I can pick it up and walk around with it, I only wish it came with more flang sizes especially smaller but besides that it’s amazing, it can empty me out is 15-20 minutes and i really want to try their wearables pumps because if it’s anything like this then it’s perfect, I definitely recommend

The pump itself seems great, I got a lot of output up until today when one of the bottles or lids has a crack in it or something because it was not pumping until i tried a different one. I spent 30 minutes and there was like 0 suction. Would love a replacement as the pump is working fine and I am left pumping 1 side at a time.

It was an okay pump, until it started falling apart. I have only had it for 5 months and one of the pumps broke after two months, I made it worked as best as I could. Now the battery is giving out. This also leaks quite a bit. I reached out to the company and I feel like I am getting the runaround. This has really affected my milk supply. If you can, spend a little more on something more reliable.

I love this pump. I had a Spectra for my last baby but wanted a portable (but affordable option) this time around. There’s absolutely no difference in my output. Actually, my output is BETTER with the Lansinoh (but I’m also much less stressed this time around). While it’s not as convenient as a hands-free option, it’s very easy to carry around and it’s got a great light-weight design. I often pump in the car with no issues. I love that ALL the extra parts you might need are included with your initial purchase. This pump is such a great value!

Got this pump through my insurance. I used this pump about 4-5x/wk for a total of 7-8 months as I used a wearable pump as my primary pump for when I did need to pump. The motor on this died out and due to the timing of me getting it and actually starting to use it, it was over a year and out of warranty. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend. Go with a spectra as I know people who have had theirs for years/multiple babies with no problems.

My pump lost suction and I’m only 10 weeks PP. I have replaced the pieces thinking it was that and nope. It sucks. My insurance only covered one and won’t replace it.
