I bought this magnetic set for my four year old grandson. He loves exploring with all the magnets. The magnetic wand is strong, and picks up the objects easily. Everything is sturdy and well made. He really liked the magnetic chips, so I ordered more of those.

This is a great STEM toy for kids. A great way to introduce science in a fun way without kids knowing they are learning along the way!

Both fun and educational. My kids both enjoyed playing with the pieces and discovering the different ways magnets work.

This is lovely early introduction to how Magnets work and some fun experiments for all the family to try. I have 2 boys and they both enjoy having a go and getting the magnets to make the other pieces move! There are 10 experiments included, but then in addition both my boys like testing the magnets around the house! There are 39 pieces included which makes it a great gift idea for any budding scientists!

Children love magnets and my child had a lot of fun using the pieces in this set to learn all about the properties of magnets. I liked that the magnets are child-friendly, colourful, and easy for little hands to hold. I started off just letting her play with the magnets and test their properties for herself. Then we set up some STEM challenges testing the strength of the magnets as well as magnetic properties of items around our home (except electronic equipment, of course!). The set comes with activity challenges, and you can create your own. These activities helped give her a better understanding of polarity, and magnet properties such as opposites attracting, and she is now asking questions about the Earth's North and South Poles. The magnets are good quality, sizable and durable. Our favourites are the magnetic wand, and the bar magnet which features a colour-coded North and South pole. The set also includes colourful round chips with a thin strip of metal around them that lets you pick them up using the magnets, and it's fun to see how many you can pick up in one go.
