I did not take any supplements with my first and was a “just enough†supplier so it took a while to build a freezer stash. With my second, I started taking this brewers yeast powder every morning as soon as we got home from the hospital and it has helped boost my supply. I wouldnt say Im an over-supplier, but I have been able to produce a lot more this time around which has allowed me to build a freezer stash sooner with the extra ounces. At first I would put it in my morning coffee, but the taste is not the best so I started putting it into a shake instead and that works much better for me. I would recommend trying it!

I've been adding a tablespoon to smoothies every morning and don't notice a taste or texture of the powder. I have also noticed an increase in my daily milk supply!

Just started using this today like just now finished a bowl of cereal with it. I was ranging anywhere from 3-4 oz before my tubal ligation in Dec. since then my supply drastically dropped (only droplets. In three days of hand expressing I only have 10ml) I will post updates for the next few days to see how we progress. I love the legendary liquid gold pills and they definitely helped. I got the pump princess pills this time around along with the brewers yeast as we may solely be pumping if baby girl continues to bite while nursing.

After trying other brands brewers yeast, this one takes the cake. Its so mild compared to other brands. The bitterness isnt there. Its so easy to mix into oatmeal or make little lactation cookies with. I really do feel that when I have a couple of my lactation cookies each day that my leoducting

I purchased this help with milk production, I cant honestly say it helped but I Wasnt using it consistently. I plan on making some lactation cookies with it to see how it helps.

Even though it says it's unflavored and debittered it still tastes gross to me. I'll still use it though and would purchase again. I like that it is 5g protein per tbsp

I combined taking this with the Liquid Gold supplement and my milk seems to have increased. I mix it in with my daily protein shake and I won't say it tastes absolutely wonderful, but it's palatable and definitely worth it to increase milk supply.
