I felt like my milk supply was dipping so ordering these was a quick attempt at changing that. After a few days, I noticed a huge increase. Surprisingly works.

I was worried about that. You take one to two capsules a day with food is supports your immune system. Your milk production plus so much more. I highly recommend these.

Another perk is helping both me and the baby with probiotics. I do take 2-3 a day and have noticed a different smell from my breastmilk which is normal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lactation supplement is easy to add to my pill regimen. At first, I took one a day, and they seemed to boost my milk supply. Then, after about a week, I started taking two a day. They kept it so I had a good supply, but not to the point where I could pump extra like I was hoping for. I would purchase these to ensure I have enough supply for my son.

With a dip in supply I was trying to avoid fenugreek and this checked all my boxes. Healthy boost in supply and the probiotics are an added bonus. Great taste too

And after just 3 days I noticed a significant increase in my milk production! I pumped for 15 minutes and easily get 8-10 oz before I was lucky to get 4oz after 15 minutes and 8 after 30 minutes . So it’s pretty safe to say I’m really loving this postnatal/lactation supplement with probiotic support. If your a mama like me looking for that magic pill that actually works to boost your supply definitely get this one by mommy’s bliss!

I love that they are small easy to swallow capsules and it doesnt leave any kinda yucky after taste. By the 3rd day taking them i really noticed my supply coming in a lot better. I also like that there is no artificial flavors or colors and that it is glutin free. I would apsolutely recommend!

The pills are not too big and are good even for my sensitive stomach. I find there are not many postnatal vitamins in the market to choose from, so I was excited about one from Mommy's Bliss. I love the included probiotic ingredients, so less pills to take. This has the handful of recommended herbal ingredients for breastfeeding support too!

Being consistent with extreme pumping is what made me realize that I would only produce well with the help of these lactation pills. They work well.
