I refill my diaper bag with them for on the go nursing snacks for myself. I haven’t noticed whether they’ve boosted my supply yet. You might need to eat them on a more regular basis to have a noticeable difference. Highly recommend for easy, healthy and yummy on the go milk friendly snacks!

I gave this to one of my family friends who is a recent mom and she loved it because of the simple taste and great ingredients! They taste like saltine crackers but more crunchy and they come in the convenient on the go packs! I do they that they help with my supply but it definitely takes a day to see a difference!

I would say the texture is crunchy and tastes pretty good, a lot come in the package and the ingredients seem pretty healthy.

As someone who has celiac, I love that they are gluten free. I also loved that they contained individual bags that are perfect for on the go! I ate one bag and had slightly more milk than usual! I produce more when I eat flax seeds and that is one of the ingredients. I do feel like they are a little expensive compared to alternatives. I really enjoy these and will definitely consider buying it,

They’re light and crispy and tasty too. They’re good alone or with dips or cheese! It’s hard to measure if I’m producing more milk because my baby mainly nurses but they have all the right ingredients to support milk making! I’m Happy to keep eating them

These lactation crisps were different than what I expected. They are more of a rice cracker, had a very good crunch and were very salty (in a good way.) You get a very good serving of crackers in each individual package with six packages in each box. I would say that after eating these twice in one day, my production did seem to go up a little bit. They aren’t the most exciting snack you’ll ever try but they taste good and do the job.

They are perfectly salty and tasty, reminiscent of a rice crisp but better they are made from such healthy grains to help your milk flow naturally increase. The best part… they really do help your supply too. My supply after eating these for just two days has gone up. There is quite a bit in each package too. More than enough to fill you up!
