I love the energy it gives me but dislike the flavor so much. It smells and tastes exactly like a watermelon jolly rancher! I was gonna get the strawberry lemonade but were sold out so I got these and regret not waiting for a restock. But still glad I got to try to watermelon at least. If you like candy, this flavor is definitely for you!

I was hesitant to try the watermelon flavor but now I look forward to my special drink every day 🉠I definitely feel more hydrated and I like that the powder dissolves completely by stirring with my straw. 10/10 will purchase again.

I have tried so many drinks, drink powders for hydration on this breast feeding journey . Nothing is like these. They taste great, I dont feel thirsty afterwards and they leave my hydrated . My Milk supply has also gone up since using this. Will Be buying again .

I honestly didnt have high expectations for this product. I have tried other hydration packets, several marketed towards postpartum women, that may work but arent good. These are SO TASTY. I really enjoy making my little pink drink every day. Its such a nice way to prioritize hydration and treat yourself to something other than plain water,without the guilt. Cant wait to try the other flavor!

I skipped my subscription order as I was still using the first Bag I bought. I didnt see a difference at first but after using the whole bag (only 1 packet a day) I noticed an increase in my milk supply. Definitely not skipping anymore orders. Great product! Thank you!

This is my favorite hydration powder. Ive been drinking liquid IV for years and this is my new go to. Its not gritty. Its not too sweet. I love the watermelon flavor and appreciate the coconut water additive. My only wish is that this came in bulk.

I got the strawberry lemonade flavor. At first I was scared because I thought the flavoring was going to be really strong, but it actually had a suddle taste which i love! I can see the difference in my milk supply when I drink this. I drink it once a day

I was able to mix this into a gallon jug and it tasted perfect. Not too sweet or salty. When I did add it to smalled water containers, I did so slowly to gauge taste. I liked this option as it sort of motivated me to consume more water to finish the packet entirely. Love that they come in single serve packets for convenience on the go. The energy boost I felt from drinking this was also nice. No crash. So win-win for me!

I've tried all the hydration packets out there through pregnancy and post partum... She's Thirsty is by far my favorite! I love that it's not sodium heavy and I can safely drink a couple of packets a day to keep up my hydration. Watermelon, in my opinion, is the best flavor!
