Enjoying the great tasting water. It is a bit slow but usually fills in 20 minutes or so.

Love but dissatisfied

Lifestraw has a great philosophy, and I like how our water tastes with the filter. However, it has started leaking, a little at first. Now, it is so bad I had to put a plate under it until I could get a new one. I hope this one doesn’t leak.

I have arthritis and the cap is nearly impossible to get off to put the filter in. I won't be able to use this regularly.

Finally!

Finally refreshing & clean tasting water! I recently switched from Epic Water Filters but their system did not remove microplastics. The holder for the filter was a little difficult to remove from the glass pitcher but other than that I love the pitcher. The water is filtered at a decent rate and I have a one-gallon glass jug I keep filled with the filtered water so there is never a lack of good tasting filtered water in the house. I'm very pleased with my purchase!

We are happy with the purchase. I think it filters as I would expect . Filtering out the micro plastic was a concern for me . I have an RV and camp May to October and use plastic water bottles which I hate. . I’m looking forward to using this amazing water filter. The water tastes clean too. Highly recommend.

Great product

I love the look. I love how easy it is to refill- the lid design is so clever, you just hold it under the stream of water and a special “flapper” lets water in without you having to take the lid off. The set up instructions were very detailed and there were several steps to that, but once you were all set up, easy going forward. I’m a fan.

Cracking on seams

I have purchased three pitchers for myself and children- two of the three have developed cracks on the seams, which cause leaks. They need a silicon cover on the base to protect the seams. I have been pleased with their replacement policy and the water is great when filtered.

7cup glass water pitcher

Do not know when I have 7 cups in the pitcher without using a measuring cup. Does the filter need to be covered by water at all times? My last pitcher did.

Poor design

Filter is good, but the design is awful. Too tall, handle is too high up, holds little water, and filter doesn't allow all of the water to filter. Non-filtered water just sits there and then pours out into your cup when using. Pitch grew green from algae growth due to the cross contaminated water.

I purchased this, it had a defect I couldn’t see then it featured the pitcher. I wasn’t able to return it and the company doesn’t warranty their products. They sell a bunch of defective products and don’t care. Don’t waste your money. I used this to filter my water for my ice maker and it didn’t filter out the stuff that causes build up. It ruined my 600 dollar ice maker (the ge ice maker they sell at target but the better one). I purchased a brita for significantly less, and repurchased the same ice maker. The Curtis pitcher water tastes better and I have been using it for over 6 months the and my ice maker has no build up. Don’t purchase this.

Great pitcher. If you want it your refrigerator, don’t forget to measure. Water tastes great! No chlorine taste. Like the fact it removes microplastics.

Broke before I even got to use it

I wanted to love because the pitcher is glass but the first thing I noticed while cleaning it was the difficulty getting the filter holder out of the pitcher. You're supposed to do a fill up after you clean it and it literally took 3 hours to fill. It was such a a slow drop. Then when I tried to remove the lid, the plastic broke in my hands. Getting the silicone base back on was a problem too. Garbage. Definitely not worth $70
