I love the taste of the water (it tastes like nothing, which is amazing)! Unfortunately the dispenser drips constantly, which is annoying as it wastes water and filter life and also leaves a mess in my fridge no matter what I do.

I absolutely love this water filter. I use it at my office and it makes city tap water palatable. My water consumption has greatly increased since purchasing this filter. The size is convenient for transporting back and forth to the office kitchen for cleaning. I plan to purchase a larger version for my home. I feel safe drinking water from this pitcher and as a global charity worker, I’m proud to support a company that is making an impact.

After 17+ years of working in disasters and emergencies, I said… let ME get better prepared. I know Lifestraw from work but never owned a product personally. I was so surprised how beautiful the household and personal filter/dispenser options are. I set the dispenser up in my kitchen on the counter and I’m surprised how much more water I’m drinking with fresh tasting clean water just available. No chlorine taste, no smells, and the dispenser is a beautiful color too! Now, I’m feeling even more prepared for hurricane season or anytime I might lose power, but surprisingly I’m drinking more water too!

I loved everything about it except the dispenser leaked so much. We had it in our fridge, and it ruined all the food on the shelf below. I’ve gone through product reviews for this item, and it seems like leaking is a common complaint. But some people do not seem to have that issue at all! I ended up ordering LifeStraw’s glass pitcher after my experience with the dispenser, and I LOVE the glass pitcher.

Overall, the dispenser works nicely. The only thing I disliked about this dispenser is the spigot/spout design. Because of the ankle of the spigot/spout is set, it wouldn't dispense all the water in the tank. It would leave at least 1" of water in the tank. Even if you tilt the dispenser, a small amount of water would not be able to dispense it out.

I purchased with hopes of eliminating water bottle waste but no such luck. I’m back to the bottle after this leaked all over the counter and floor. I tried to reassemble and tighten everything but still have same problem. Not sure what to do

I like this filter but not as much as the pitcher filter. When you fill it up and close the lid, if you slosh the water even a little bit, it spills. I feel like they could have sprung for a lid that fit a bit more secure. The spout also drips a bit after you use it. But it is nice not have to pick up the pitcher to fill your glass.

We love this in our bathroom for accessible water everyday, but we loved it even more for a recent camping trip. Potable water does not mean tasty water a campsite and having the Lifestraw was so much better. The fully enclosed space for filtered water means dirt doesn’t get it during windy weather. The only thing that would make it better would be a stand like the high capacity Lifestraw has.

We purchased the Life Straw Home Studio Dispenser for use in our RV. We don’t have much counter space for a large dispenser and found this one to be the perfect size. It’s great having fresh clean water while camping! I highly recommend!
