The product is good but twice now I have purchased this and the color is not inside the package. The developer, gloves, bowl, and applicator brush are there but the actual color is missing. I think people are stealing the color packet and using their own developer. That’s the only thing I can think because I can’t imagine a warehouse making the same mistake so often that I happened to receive two packages with the same issue on two separate occasions. Either way it’s extremely frustrating because I was coloring my hair for an event and had to scramble at the last minute to figure out a plan B.

It's been two weeks since I colored t7my hair. I had to use two due to the length. The results are my grays are showing as if I never used the product. Hopefully, my hair won't fallout like the women before me. The reviews I read are from the regular Madison Reed box not the touch ups. I used the regular as well. I would've written this review on the regular box but it's not on this website. I purchased it in person.

This claims it’s free of the harsh chemicals, but I experienced scalp dermatitis (itchy, red, raised bumps and areas) from doing my roots. I discovered I was allergic to ammonia and ppd and this product is terribly misleading because I reacted to it just like I react to other hair dyes that are not free of these chemicals. Do yourself a favor and if you’re allergic to normal hair dye DON’T use this. I have been a long time fan of the Schwarzkopf Simply Color which causes zero irritation and I’ll just stick to that- it’s also cheaper! Also my grays are already showing and it’s only been 4 days.l so coverage is poor.

Pro: I really do like this. The color looks good & it lasts a good amount of time on me. The BIG con - one of the color activators was missing from my kit. Or, I should say, the tube was there but it was empty. I am honestly perplexed by this. So I won’t be purchasing again.

I use the Tinted Hair Masks but it wasn't until I got a sample of this product and tried it that I realized this was different. This is amazing. This is like a deep hydration conditioner and it's my new favorite. I'm using it all the time now. Makes your hair really soft.

I got full coverage. I left it on longer than recommended..probably 30 minutes, because I have very stubborn greys. I think for the price, there should be more product. I have thick hair and I have grays on the back of my head that I couldn’t get to due to the limited quantity. Overall I think it’s a great product and I will repurchase.
