Such a fun toy! Make sure to follow each step exactly in the order the directions describe because it can cause it not to function correctly or skip certain features. The kids enjoyed this playful & interactive toy that sparks the imagination!

my niece fell in love with these things so i had to order one through target. it’s fun to do with the kids and a fun toy comes off of it. wish we could do it multiple times given the cost of this thing but what can you do?

This was a hot mess of a toy. Its concept was cute but its reality was much different. It made nothing but a mess and the refills are not worth it. My child lost interest way too quick. Target did have the best price at the time.

Meh. My 8yr old daughter loved this. It took my husband an hr to figure it out because he refused to let our daughter do it. She an 8yr old finally got it and was super excited. But now it sits on my kitchen island and she's bored with it.

A magical and enchanting experience! My almost 5 year old got a magic mixie preowned, so we missed out on the magic. We couldn’t find the cauldron, so the genie lamp was the next best option! The effects of the mist, and the rubbing of the lamp, made it so magical for her! We got the Target special edition glow in the dark one, and it’s so neat to see! It actually glows, and well! I like that you can use the lamp again and again, it’s not just a once and done kind of toy! She loves her little mixies, and carries them everywhere.

From the genie lantern itself to the misting, sounds, and lights, it’s engaging and beautiful to the eye. There are a lot of steps/instructions, so it’s not really a toy my kids can play with by themselves to get the full experience, however my 7-year-old absolutely raves about it!
