I have been using the Magnesium+Ashwagandha supplement for a few weeks now and I noticed my headaches are less frequent. Perhaps, it might be due to an increase in quality sleep and not waking in the middle of the night. However, the pills are bigger than I'd like, but I'll continue to take them for the relaxing effect and more improved sleep!

This is my first time trying this product. The dosage is somewhat large with 3 rather large pills each time. I seem to be more relaxed at night and well better since starting to take this. Hopefully it continues.

I really love this supplement! I was taking L-theanine at night to calm down and be able to fall asleep, but it had stopped working so I have been looking for something else to try. I came across this and I am so very glad I did! It has worked so well for me! I don't wake up groggy or tired the next day and my mood has definitely gotten better!! I’ve been taking these for a couple of weeks as directed and I notice a decrease in my overall levels of stress and feel that they allow me to have a deeper, longer nights sleep. I typically take them in the afternoon after lunch when I know that I will have to push through a couple of more hours of work and the positive effects kick in after about 30 minutes and last through the next morning with no medication hangover. I wake up refreshed and clear-headed.
