Pros: the author has some helpful shortcuts for menu planning and cooking organization. Cons: this is the dealbreaker: No nutritional info on any recipe. It is possible to look up each and every recipe, however, it is very time consuming and is best done on a spreadsheet.

I already consider myself a pretty adept meal planner and a good cook, so while I knew I would love Danielle’s recipes because I always do, I wasn’t sure how much else I would get out of this book. It has far surpassed my expectations! I have made several recipes so far, and they’ve all be very good. I follow a paleo style diet to manage my UC, I have one child who is gluten free, and the rest of the family can eat what they like. We all enjoy Danielle’s recipes! One thing I love about this book is all of the information in the beginning (and throughout) about how long food keeps, freezer storage ideas, what to keep on hand, etc. As a working mom who cooks almost every meal at home from scratch (out of necessity), even I learned a lot! Whether or not you or your family “have” to follow a paleo style diet, you will love the recipes in this book. They are delicious, nutritious, and easy for cooks of all skill levels.

This cookbook is a game changer. The two biggest challenges about having to eat this way is that it takes so much time and energy to cook everything, and the cost. This book changes that. The recipes are quick and easy and the meal plans eliminate food waste. Having a meal plan and shopping list already done for me saves so much time and alleviates the mental load.

Danielle Walker’s newest book makes the task of meal planning so easy AND SO DELICIOUS!!! She has done 15 weeks of weekly meal planning and incorporates the grocery list into exciting meals for the week; NOT LEFTOVER MEALS, but use the same ingredients in different ways easily so everything is exciting to eat! AND NO MORE FOOD WASTE!!!! Saves your grocery bill, saves the task of planning, and every meal is delicious! You can even pick and choose to only use 1,2,3 or all 4 meals depending on family size or what the week schedule looks like for you! Hands down the best cookbook ever! And of course, all grain free!!!!!

Highly recommend Make it Easy with Danielle Walker Cookbook. If you have grain free, dairy free diet or other diet restrictions this book is for you. I Love how she provides how to quick meal prep and planning. I have made the granny spaghetti with meat sauce and egg roll bowl recipes so far and both were a favorite, even with my picky eaters. Love the basic prep recipes in book that can be used for multiple recipes such as stir fry sauce which I used on egg roll bowl recipe and make ahead meatballs. The photography in book is amazing, recipes look like real food and of back of book has images broken out by category like an index for quick look up to find the recipes. This is my 6th Danielle Walker cookbook and have not yet been disappointed. I am so excited to explore more recipes and learn meal planning tips.

This book is so wonderful! I love how it is laid out with different food plans, so you can better utilize ingredients you have. It really helps you to meal plan and food prep. All of the recipes look wonderful! All of Danielle Walker's recipes are delicious, so I'm excited to start making ones from this book. All of her cookbooks are must-haves for anyone with food allergies or intolerances, or anyone who wants to eat healthier.

Seriously the best book ever for paleo friendly recipes. I’ve made a few recipes and they have been a hit! My favorite so far is the Brussel and apple salad with bacon vinaigrette. I normally don’t follow recipes exactly because there are some flavors I don’t like but for this book O have decided to follow the plan to a T and so far everything has been amazing. I get to try foods I wouldn’t normally eat and they all fit within my grain free lifestyle

This is an amazing cookbook! I’ve been waiting for Make it Easy! 15 meal plans with grocery lists that simplify life! Some of the meals are written to prepare a freezer meal- one for now and one for later?!? I’m in! I’ve tested out about 6 recipes so far and love all of them!

I have all of her books and have given them as gifts as well! I've been eagerly awaiting this book and am thrilled to have it in my hands! Right now I'm snacking on her delicious smoked salmon dip with celery and cucumber dippers - I might even turn this into my lunch! None of the recipes taste strange like some "healthy" food tastes, and even my picky granddaughter has gobbled them up! The recipes are all made with normal ingredients that I can easily find in my local grocery store. She shares shortcuts as well as options to cook now via instant pot or slow cooker. I highly recommend!
