[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It did not make my deep blemishes go away faster or reduce the size, but it kept them from getting more severe. It also seemed to reduce the redness of deep blemishes so they were less noticeable.

This stuff is amazing. It works fast without drying out my skin. My skin has become more variable in peri menopause, but this helps tackle the hormonal breakouts. It also wears well underneath makeup. Highly recommend!!

This was the first product I ever tried that hasn't worked AT ALL. I have cystic acne and I love the combo of the buffering lotion with the drying cream layered over it. That works better than anything I've ever tried for my cystic acne and helps it rise to the surface and heal quickly. Unfortunately, the buffering lotion dries out my skin badly. I was so excited to try the Deep Blemish solution because it says it works for my type of acne but wont dry out your skin! Well, it doesn't dry me out, but it also does absolutely NOTHING for my break outs. So so disappointed.

This. This right here. I got a cystic bump in the middle of my forehead. It's been over a month, I went to the dermatologist & took antibiotics. Nothing. I was skeptical on this and decided against it, but after nothing was helping I figured I'll try anything. It's been like 3-4 days and it's basically gone. I'm mad I didn't start sooner.

This is truly the best spot treatment for acne I've ever used. Even MB's drying lotion didn't work for me, but I wanted to give this one a try and glad I did. Like others have said, a couple days 2x per day significantly calms deep blemishes.

It seems to help reduce active breakouts but it's very liquid so I find it hard to keep it in the right place. Maybe I'm not using it right but it's not a big deal, I just tilt my face and try to let very little out at once.

The main ingredient isopropyl alcohol. This isn’t good for those who have sensitive skin, however if you have acne prone skin (especially cystic acne) then this is a great choice for drying out those pesky, unwanted blemishes.

The leading ingredient in this product is isopropyl alcohol, so if you have sensitive skin this may not work for you. However, if you have acne prone skin, especially cystic acne I would highly recommend. This will dry out those pesky, unwanted zits relatively quickly.

I get cystic acne in my beard, on my neck, and on my beck. Cystic acne hurts because they're the pimples under your skin that can cause real scarring if popped. This liquid has been a staple my skin care routine since 2019. My only complaint is that its s but tricky to apply because it's a bit runny like watery milk.

I have struggled with cystic acne for forever. Those huge painful under the skin bumps that will not go away unless I get them injected at the dermatologist. I read the reviews for this product and figured "why not, I'll try it." I had a huge one show up on my chin, after one use it went down to half the size. After 3 uses it is just a small bump. I am amazed, nothing has ever worked for me and I'm happy to say they've finally made something for the people with cystic acne!!!!!

I have been using this stuff since its was called buffering lotion for over a decade. I tell people it’s witchcraft. I suffer from deep blemishes that don’t surface and hurt ! After one night with this on my bump it shrinks 75 percent and by night two it’s flat. I have no idea what in here does this magic but it works so well!!! I will never be without it.
