Used this on my toddler’s curling (type 3A) hair and WOW! The results are amazing! The only thing I don’t like is that it is hard to get the product out of the container. That could definitely use some sort of a change but it’s still worth it.

It smells good. Leaves my hair soft. The problem is trying to get the conditioner to come out of the bottle. It’s very difficult . The bottles are cute but doesn’t work well for the product to come out . Hopefully they can change their bottles so it’s easier to use.

Is it me or is this hard to get out of the bottle? I have to squeeze and shake for it to come out because it's so thick! I glob this on my hair after every wash. It's so so so hydrating. I could immediately see a difference after one use! This is my go to conditioner to help me get my curls healthy again.

My hair is very course, curly, and lacks moisture. This conditioner (and shampoo) does NOTHING for adding moisture and detangling. I haven’t pulled out so many tangles in my hair in forever. I was looking for a less expensive product (I’ve been using Kitsch solid shampoo/conditioner bars for about a year), and will definitely be going back to it. My hair cannot handle another wash with this product.

The lid sucks! The product won't come out. The conditioner is so thick I can barely get it through my hair. I have curly hair 3C. Doesn't help with detangling much unless you are under the shower head. Heavy and weighed down feeling. Will not repurchase.

The lid and bottle design get a big thumbs down. The lid broke after a drop in the shower (shampoo), cheap plastic. Couldn’t get the last bit of conditioner out of bottle because it couldn’t be stored upside down (unable to balance on lid), nor could I squeeze the square-shaped bottle. Way too much work for a mediocre product, hair felt weighed down after use.

I overall loved this conditioner. It left my hair feeling soft and smooth. Love the scent but it’s a bit strong. The only downside is that I wish it did better to control my frizz. It somewhat helped my frizzy hair. I’ve seen people’s review on this product saying that this is not a good shampoo… when this is a conditioner. And I’m also wondering if they’re using it correctly.
