A: We understand your concern. Some alcohols can cause dry, frizzy hair while other types of alcohol can act to help condition hair. One of the types of alcohol we choose to use in our formulas are Cetyl alcohol and Cetearyl alcohol. These are known as fatty alcohols, they help give a smooth, soft feeling to the hair shaft by helping the cuticle to lie flat on the surface of the hair. They also function as thickeners, nonionic surfactants, and emulsion stabilizers. Some of our products also contain isopropyl alcohol or denatured alcohol as well. :) We hope this information helps! i looove the smell of this and the matching shampoo but this isn’t like any other conditioner i’ve ever used, in a bad way. the minute it’s rinsed out, my hair feels like i never put any conditioner in, no matter how much product i use. unfortunately when i use this conditioner, my hair comes out of the shower a tangled mess so alas, as much as i enjoy the smell and wish i could use this, i have to give it up.

I really like this product. It adds so much moisture during the dry winters without weighing my hair down. However, the bottle is terrible. The conditioner is thick, and with the square bottle, it’s impossible to squeeze the product out. So I have to remove the cap and shake shake shake onto my hand to get it out, but I have to shake so hard that some times the conditioner falls on the floor instead of my hand. Because it’s so hard to get out, I don’t think I will buy this again.

The only saving grace for this conditioner is the scent. I have fine, 1 to 2b hair. It is not particularly oily unless I am on day 2/3 . This conditioner does not do anything for my hair. Super disappointed as I was hoping for a little bit of hydration, detailing, anything!

I absolutely love ❤️ this stuff! I can't believe it took me so long to finally give in and buy it! The packaging is super cute, and I absolutely love the hot pink color 💯! This shampoo and conditioner smells fantastic!! The texture is so creamy and feels so good going into my hair. My hair feels so amazing and super soft!! It really does provide extra hydration, and that's something my hair needs. I hardly had to deal with Frizz as much, and Frizz is always a huge issue with me, lol 😆. It's a little more expensive than other brands, but it's definitely worth it, in my opinion!!

A lot of the bad reviews said that it was drying. I don’t know if it dried my hair out or not because my hair has been non stop greasy. It leaves a horrible oil film all over my hair. I was really hopeful because it says “lightweight” but it did not work for me. And I’ve used the same shampoo as always so I know that it is the conditioner.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I’ve had an allergic scalp reaction to this product after one use. The fragrance isn’t bad, just very strong. Maybe this product works for you, but it really didn’t work for me.

I love how lightweight the scent is because it kind of just sits on your hair and last for a while, but it’s not strong like not too strong. The texture is just so normal and as soon as it touches your hair, it’s like yeah I’m gonna be absorbing you. The packaging is also so modern so I 100% recommend this. It’s just the price it’s very pricey.

I bought it 2 days ago and used it, the first Time my hair was flat, but then it made my hair really soft and bouncy, its not that lightweight so I wouldn't say its like the absolute best for fine hair but if you dilute it a bit it works AMAZINGGGGGGGG 8/10 recommend! :D

This is my favorite shampoo and conditioner. It doesn’t leave a filmy residue on my hair. It leaves my hair smelling good and feeling great. My sister even switched to this shampoo and conditioner as well. These small bottles last me at least 3-4 months.
