Maui Moisture Lightweight Curls + Flaxseed Conditioner, Conditioning, Paraben Free, Silicone Free - 13 fl oz

Maui Moisture Lightweight Curls is great for my hair, HOWEVER for as long as I have been using this product it has been peeving me off. It is difficult to get the product out of the container because of the flip top and thick plastic, especially the conditioner. This is inconvenient but also makes it impossible to fully finish a bottle without leaving at least one wash worth of product stuck inside. My biggest problem is this makes the bottles non recyclable due to the residue. Why??? Why do this? Why arent the lids removable? Why dont they come in larger sizes? Why.

The bottle is very pretty and I love that it is clear, but the plastic is thick and it can be a struggle to get the conditioner out. The scent is a very nice, earthy, expensive spa fragrance which smells beautiful as you’re using it but completely disappears after you dry your hair. My wavy/frizzy hair felt softer but otherwise looked and acted the same as usual.

I was using a discontinued product for my curls that I thought was the best I could get and was devastated when I was unable to find it again. After doing some sleuthing online I found that this is a good replacement for the discontinued product. I've been using this conditioner since then and honestly feel like my curls are doing better than they were previously. I really love this conditioner - it doesn't weigh down my hair and keeps them looking shiny and bouncy throughout the day.

I have fine curly hair and this. is the best conditioner ive tried. Ive tried fancy brands from sephora and other drug store brands but I keep coming back to this one. I'm surprised it has such little reviews compared to the other products here.

I’m searching for a new conditioner for my 2b hair, and unfortunately this is not for me. The smell is fine but I didn’t notice any difference in my waves definition and if anything this made my hair a bit more dry. The worst part though for me is the packaging. It is so hard to squeeze a square bottle and given how thick the conditioner is, it it really difficult to squeeze it out!

unfortunately this shampoo and conditioner isn’t for me. it’s lightweight and not heavy yes, but it caused a lot of hair loss for me, and i have fine curly hair and wanted something to nurture my curls and not cause more hair loss. will have to go back to olaxplez

The smell is fine, that’s not the issue. It just feels like this conditioner dries out my hair rather than conditioning it. It doesn’t really apply well. I’ve let it sit in my hair before rinsing it out with no change in the effectiveness of the product. Plus, my hair was falling out in clumps when using this 🙃 There’s no definition in curls or waves, and my hair feels super brittle.

I just want to say how much I've enjoyed every shampoo and conditioner I've tried so far! I haven't been tempted to buy from any other brand. Smells so good and moisturizes! Thank you.

It works as advertised as a conditioner but it smells like pickles and mustard. It also used to be a bigger bottle

Not a huge fan. I have curly hair and had to use quite a lot to even get a comb through, and I feel like it made my hair brittle which is odd for a conditioner.

Only used once BUT I like it! Felt like it did its job!!!

I have fine, 2b wavy hair. I’ve been looking for a wavy hair shampoo and conditioner for a while that would hydrate my hair and enhance my waves without weighing it down. I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks and I absolutely LOVE it. It has helped my hair so much. My past shampoo and conditioner (also meant for wavy hair) were extremely drying to both my hair and my scalp. The ends of my hair felt like straw and my scalp was so itchy and flaky (first picture). I have already noticed an improvement in the few weeks I’ve been using this conditioner. There is a noticeable difference in the look and feel of my hair and my scalp is less flakey (second picture). It smells good, too. I definitely would recommend this product if you have fine wavy hair!

New bottle on the left says made in Greece . So they moved production and changed the formula. they added glycerin I guess and now my hair hates it. This sucks because it was my go to.

I bought this conditioner to try since I love the hibiscus line and wanted a conditioner that’s a little heavier on my hair but still light and when I got it I opened the bottle and it smelled good but when I used it in the shower, it smells like PICKLES! I don’t know if I got a bad batch or what but I’m so disappointed. I hope I can get the smell out of my hair…

I have a lot of hair but it's fine and soft, and this works well to co-wash. Doesn't weigh my hair down; helps it form waves.

Dried my hair out I absolutely hated it but I did like the bright pink one I recommend that one instead and it smells good. Has a watermelon scent to it. The conditioner is more easy to get out of that one. The green set just wasn’t for me and the conditioner way to thick.

I have used and liked the original Maui moisture curls so thought I would like this. It’s okay. The smell is pretty perfume like but not too overpowering. I feel like I had to use a lot of shampoo to cover my roots and then it made my scalp itchy. I feel like it didn’t make my curls come out more than other drugstore products.

I have tried all of Maui’s shampoo and conditioners and this one doesn’t seem to moisturize my hair very well. I have 3C hair so my hair may be considered too thick for this conditioner

Hair still felt and looked dry. Has decent slip though but overall not for me. 2c/3a wavy/curly

Horrible. Made my scalp burn and dried my hair out. Worthless product.
