I like to use this brace after long hikes or walks to help soothe my knee and it works! You can really feel the cooling effect, with or without putting it in the freezer, and it’s very comfortable and not too bulky.

I’ve injured both of my knees from years of dance, ballet and contemporary. After hours on my toes and dancing, I’m always looking for ways to help relieve pain and stress. This Sleeve is great as it adds light compression with the option of adding cold or hot therapy. The material easily slides on and with the flexible gel, it conforms to your body and allows you to continue to do life while wearing it. You can wear it on your knee or thigh and I’m thinking those with larger calves, could utilise it there too. I loved it so much that I ordered a second one so I can treat both knees at the same time. It truly does help with recovery and would be great for someone in rehab. Highly recommend trying it.

It stays cold for at least 20 min and the compression/fit allowed me to walk around while icing which is needed when I’m chasing my toddler around. It says it can be warmed too but I felt like it didn’t hold the heat as well as the cold. I think I’ll continue to use it for icing rather than heat. But overall is a great product and I would recommend!

It slips on really easily and feel good on my knee. The only reason I took off a star is I’m afraid I’m going to loose the bag it comes with (but I think I can use any plastic bag?) but otherwise, it’s great!
