I’ve had back issues for years and I finally found a back support the feel’s great. It’s a super well made brace. Your still have a range of motion with support at the same time. It’s firm but not constricting. The Velcro holds nice and tight, and the stretch makes the fit nice, that really helps for me being slightly overweight. It helps suck the belly in, so it does double duty. Very happy with the brace it adds all day support at work, and it works. It really does help with the back pain. It forces you to keep your back in a better position and better posture. All in all great product.

I decided to try McDavid Sport Lower Back Pain Relief Lightweight Stability and Back Support Brace. This brace is easy to use. It wraps effortlessly around my waist and has hook and loop touch fasteners that hold it together. The grip is strong and secure. I really like that this back brace supports my core so I can get my daily tasks done. It supports my lower back while also being flexible and moving with me. The tough rubber latex material contains 5 strategically placed steel stays that help with minor instability and weakness. The durable material is made from a combination of mesh, nylon, spandex, and polyester, giving it a bit of breathability. This is a lightweight brace and is comfortable enough to be worn for long hours. I like that it has enough stretch to it, while supporting me at the same time. I thought that the L/XL size was true to fit. I am 5'9 and weigh 200 pounds and there is plenty of room left to adjust this brace as needed. Overall, I am pleased with the support that it has provided for me.

I have used this product to almost eliminate lower back pain when ever I have to be standing, lifting or just doing prolonged walking!

The sizing was perfect amd it wasn't to big or to tight . I felt immediate relief after wearing it for the first time. I noticed at the end of my work day I don't feel so tense and in pain .

I have been wearing the brace now for a week and my lower back feels more supported both at work and here at home. I am now in my early fifties and the support is a welcomed even when just sitting around.

Before using the support, I couldn’t work more than 15 minutes and my back started acting up. Since wearing this, I never seem to have an issue with my lower back anymore. It offers me great support. Pain free support. It fits me perfectly and it’s very easy to put it on myself. It seemed a little rigid at first, but now I realize that is why it gives me such great support. I highly recommend this McDavid lightweight back support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This belt fits me very well. I'm 5'10" and weigh around 185 pounds. It can definitely fit someone a lot larger or smaller than me. I like that I'm able to put it on, or take it off, quickly. It's also light weight which is good for working outside. My other belt has a rigid piece for the lower back which is good but definitely not on hot days. Overall, I'm very happy with this belt.

It feels like it gives a lot of support and it is very stiff. It definitely helped out with the overall feeling of pain I was having after a few days.

You can feel the strength and compression on and around your back. This support is really nice because it does not impede your movement. It has some flexibility at least enough to bend over and reach things. Really nice product!
