I want to start off by saying Mega Food is the best vitamin brand out. I loved their Blood Builders gummies but I did get complaints with my friends about the flavor even though i dont mind it. I gave the same friends this iron gummy and they loved it and i do too. Its like a sweet treat especially during that time of month.

I think the value is great and I will definitely be purchasing more when I run out. This supplement is a "3-in-1 energy support" and it contains iron, vitamin B6 & B12 and is also formulated to be gentle on the stomach. I did feel a little bit of extra energy after consuming them, it's not like a cup of coffee of course, but they are still effective!
