Midol has always been my go to whenever I have my time of the month. I get horrible period cramps, and these seem to always help me out. I usually can easily recognize the package on the store shelves because of the big M on the bottle. They usually are affordable and I buy more whenever I run low.

Ive used this stuff for years I have tried other menstrual relief products all have been to weak or given me the jitters. This stuff works every-time and I have used it for when i have muscles aches and works great

This is my go to when I have cramps. It is pretty effective for my level of pain and would recommend it if you aren’t in the need of stronger medication like prescribed by the doctor.

This is one of the only things that can get me through that time of the month. The caffeine in it helps a ton, and the tylonal helps with pain management. The package is super sleek and definitely worth the money. I’ll never use anything else

For me midol is definitely more effective than ibuprofen. My body seems to have grown a tolerance rly quickly to ibuprofen whereas that hasn't happened with middle. Takes abt half an hour to kick in but lasts a long time probably abt 6 hours. Which is a better deal for me than ibuprofen, also feel midol is stronger. I only use midol for period pain so I can only speak on that. .

Did not work at all, I wanted to like this but it didn’t kick in until 30 mins later and it only helped my cramps for 10 mins and the effect went away after that :(

Never had such bad side effects from a OTC medication , anxiety, tired, heart racing , diareah and still feel my cramps .. obviously different medications don’t work for everyone , just wanted to share my side effects .. I’ll stick to aleve :(

Took away my cramps within an hour and a half! And kept them away. Packaging is effective, my kids can not get into it. A good product for your bathroom cabinet, or anywhere really.
