I do feel I am a little more hydrated, but I just could not do the flavor. I found it a little bitter? Just wasn’t a fan. Would recommend just getting the multi packs of a flavor that has more in the pack with a flavor you actually enjoy.

My favorite lactation supplement so far! It leaves me feeling well hydrated and my milk supply always seems to have a good boost when I drink it. The flavor was a little tart at first, but it’s grown on me and I enjoy it now. I’ve tried the cookies and protein powders as well, but I love this product for its simplicity and its ability to easily fit into my diet without adding unnecessary calories. I recommend giving it a try!

I am very pleased to be honest! I was a little skeptical about this product BUT I am very much in awe lol I have only used two tablets so far in two days and I am leaking again like I did when my son was born. Two years into my breastfeeding journey and my milk has increased significantly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm currently breastfeeding works great for me. It's tiny size easy to swallow, doesn’t make me feel sick after taking it no funny smell/taste. So far I've noticed the result already specially my hair keeps falling before to the point I'm scared brushing my hair now i feel like it's slowing down. My nails aren't strong either weak and very bendy. I highly recommend if your a mom like me maybe this works for you too.
