I bought these mints only had them two days. The package has a lock system for children not opening them but it broke the third day. Only had 4 mints out of the 30. Liked the product itself but can’t even finish them. Very disappointed.

I tried them for about a week to give them a fair shot & never really noticed any “calmness”. That’s not to say they don’t work, I just may not be the targeted audience for this product.

I already supplemented nootropics so I am not sure if that is why, but otherwise I think this is a good product for people looking to naturally reduce stress.

I am a calm girl who loves all things that bring my anxiety down. I am not sure if these work for sure since I take actual meds but I don’t care bc they’re great to have in my purse when I feel the irritation coming. They are small and taste great. You have to let them dissolve they are like a mint so it’s easy to do. I think you get a great amount for your money for sure.

I love having these mints on hand throughout the day; they are refreshingly tasty and perfect for a quick pick-me-up. However, while they are great as a flavorful treat, I haven't noticed a significant impact on my stress levels or mood. They don't seem to fulfill their promise of stress relief and happiness boost for me, but I still enjoy them for their taste and convenience!

I find I do feel a bit calmer after consuming but I also have severe anxiety so sometimes I need something a bit stronger. The sour/citrusy flavor is good for distracting my taste buds though. As far as if it worked, I’m not really sure it did. Might have to take them loner for me to even see if there’s any change. But when I did take them, I didn’t notice a difference.
