I was saddened to realize it was a lot of caffeine and not a lot of berry. I figured it out after having pounding headaches a couple days in and then read the ingredients. Had I known before I probably would not have purchased.

I have tried this product from other brands but there is no comparison to this brand. The product really works especially when taken one hour before bedtime. This really helped my weight loss program.

I have been using Acai Berry Diet for 6mos and have found it to curb my apatite and helps to keep my weight stable. Would cost 3 times the price if purchasing all the ingredients by themselves. You can't beat it for the price. Again Swanson has the best price on the internet.
