The taste is not bad and it doesn’t have a chalky texture which I appreciate. My only gripe is the size of the capsules. They’re a little too big for my liking but other than that, I recommend them.

I like the flip lid top also so I don’t have to unscrew anything. The pills don’t leave a bad taste in my mouth and overall they seem like a great value.

I was a bit worried about taking this at first because of all of the side effects, but I made sure I followed the instructions of how to best take it and I’m glad I did. I wasn’t short on magnesium, but being able to have it with another necessary mineral was a plus. I’m breathing better and I feel less anxious. It goes down easy and I feel fine from having it. No bad aftertaste or anything unusual. I don’t know if I’ll necessarily seek this out in stores too often, but I’m appreciative of what I have. Also, my trips to the potty feel much better.

It's a good price for what you are getting. I noticed I had a lil more energy and I feel a little bit better. It doesn't have a lot of ingredients in it and it tells you exactly what you are taking.

Magnesium is an extremely important supplement to take, and these capsules offer a fast and reliable way to get your dose. The capsules are fast absorption which is important with most supplements. Magnesium offers a variety of health bennefits and is a must for healthy people. The serving size is 2 capsules, which is the only downfall, but not abnormal for supplements.
