Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ Combination Espresso and Coffee Maker with Milk Frother

This was for my daughter, and she loves it!

Bought this machine 11/9, was delivered 11/12. Absolutely LOVED it! The coffee is so delicious! Today, 12/27, i went to brew my usual morning coffee and it wasn’t working. After contacting nespresso, they confirmed the machine is faulty and they are sending me a new one. Kind of insane for such a pricey machine to break after less than 2 months of having it. Be aware of a blinking red light on the machine and contact nespresso RIGHT AWAY, they were awesome at trying to resolve the issue & when their methods didn’t work, they immediately set up an exchange for me to get a new one.

Set up was not as expected. The flavor of the coffee was not as expected. The froth machine was amazing!!!!

(Vertuo Pop+) Returned after one month because: #1 The coffee temperature was barely warm, thus I had to heat it up in the microwave, every time. Background; Most coffee shop brews are too hot for me. A typical Starbucks coffee I have to let sit for a few minutes with the lid off, to cool to a comfortable temp for me. This machine produces great coffee but at a temperature that is only warm. I've read other reviews that have stated this also. #2 It's so loud! And vibrates on the counter! #3 The slide mechanism that empties the used pod into the bin stopped working after only a few uses. Not a big deal, but it's something. It does brew great tasting coffee, but if you like it on the hotter side, the machine I got didn't make it that way. After some research, I purchased the VertuoPlus ( Breville, rounded top), and what a difference. The temp is more on the hotter side, I could even let it sit for a minute for the temp to calm down a little for me. And it's much quieter, just a pleasant humm. The water tank is larger, and can be moved to either side or behind the machine. The one touch electric opening and closing is a bonus, and the pod disposal slide is working fine. I think this one is a keeper and I hope it lasts for years.

Coffee is great. Machine Loud. About once a week it fails and have to unplug and reset and it gives me red light and won't brew.

I bought this model in September when my Vertuo Next finally kicked the bucket. I have had nothing but problems and malfunctions with the Vertuo Pop. I do a clean cycle once a week and it still has residue that makes it stick and not brew my coffee. It's made of plastic and the metal spring that makes the bars empty the pod after use broke off. It is very poorly made.

I love the small footprint. I am not sure why this only has a 3.8 star rating. I have had no issues with mine and I love the recycle bin/bag for the pods.

The worst Nespresso machine! I have waste so many pots because of this.it was ok for few months . But now it only works ( if it works) with the smallest pods, like Espresso ones only.

Everyone can select a coffee or espresso of their choice and to be able to brew your own fresh cup is always the best.

Opened package and was missing whisk for frother. Trying to contact and got static and someone I couldn’t understand!

I bought mine a few years ago and I'm beyond happy. This is a basic machine that you have to push down manually to close it down, but it works perfectly! I use the milk frother everyday.

This is so much better than the bigger version the virtual next this is so compact and the water tank is not in the back. It’s on the side so it just doesn’t take up as much counterspace. It’s a mini version and I prefer this to my larger one and the fact that it’s even less expensive and newly updated is just a huge bonus. The brewing speed is about 30 seconds. There are tons of flavor options and need a nice creamy and frothy brew every time it has not disappointed I love the compact machine, and the colors are gorgeous
