This was definitely an impulse purchase. I always used drip coffee, thought there was no need for expensive pods. O-M-G was I wrong! Now I tell everyone I know. Starbucks? Biggby? You won’t need them anymore! The coffee this little machine creates tastes like it’s straight from the coffee shop. My husband is very picky about his coffee, wants it to be a perfect iced coffee with just enough caffeine and coffee - so biggby was his addiction. Now that we’ve had this machine (6 months now), we haven’t gotten coffee to go - even once. Dolce x2 with a cold foam is his to go. Melozio cup in the morning is mine. It’ll save you money in the long run. You deserve it!!!

The coffee maker it self is fine. The coffee is good but expensive. The water reservoir lid rattles when the machine is brewing and is very loud and obnoxious so usually I don't not have it on, which I don't love as then dust etc can on into my water reservoir

Stopped Working After One Month

This machine stopped working after just one month of use (normal use; not even more than once per day or every day). Such a waste of money. And we’re passed the return timeline so we’re stuck with it. Nespresso should be ashamed!

This machine is awesome, makes the most lovely cup of coffee, it has one minor downfall. 1# the only place you can purchase these capsules is online. Theres not as many flavours as your usual Nespresso machine and if there isn't a shop you'll have to have them either in subscription or online to be couriered to you, if you like coffee as much as me that becomes a problem if you run out earlier than expected.

I bought this machine 2 months ago after my previous machine of 2 years broke. After only 2 months this machine broke. I brewed a double espresso and the entire espresso brewed out of the bottom of the machine and right next to the cord causing a major electrical safety hazard. This machine also feels much cheaper than the previous machine I had. Would not recommend this machine.

My last nespresso machine, the virtuo, just died after 7 years. I opted for this one because if the price difference. It does the job but, IT IS SO LOUD. it sounds like a plain is taking off and I don't understand how something so small can make so much noise. I'm sad.

We aren’t thrilled with the design of this machine. We purchased this as a replacement for our old VertuoPlus machine (which we loved) and this newer design is a disappointment. The lever on top that opens the machine is clunky and feels a step back from the Plus model’s one touch automatic open. We will likely return this for another VertuoPlus.

I love our Vertuo Next machine! It’s easy to use and gives you the best brew. I prefer double espresso pods and I get a smooth cup each time. It’s not completely silent but the noise is not annoying to me. It’s easy to clean and will you let you know when it’s that time. I’ve had this machine for 3 years and it’s still going strong.
