The coffee is hot (something I was not getting from other brands) and the taste.. omg!! I've tried several flavors as I received a complimentary box of coffee with my purchase and they have all been excellent. Overall very satisfied. Also, I purchased a milk frother and it is definitely the cherry on top of any cup. Thank you to my sales rep for recommending this wonderful product.

Very easy set up and easy to make cup of coffee. I set up the Nespresso app, and linked it to the coffee maker. Water dispenser makes three cups of coffee before having to refill. No problems so far.

As part of your Vertuo Pop+ machine’s maintenance, we recommend you follow the first-time use steps at least once a week, to rinse away any granule buildup in the head of your machine, and as part of your Aeroccino3 Milk Frother machine’s maintenance, we recommend after every froth, you wipe out the milk residue with a damp cloth and rinse out the machine with cold water from the tap, until it is cool to the touch. I have another differnent version of the nespresso machine at home that I've had and been happy with for 5 years. So I bought a vertuo pop for my airbnb rental home. When we used the vertuo pop - it was so loud that people outside on a porch could hear it and thought we were grinding coffee beans. I'm not sure why this machine makes so much noise when brewing coffee. But the loudness of this machine makes it a 2 star rating.

I am 80% satisfied with the product so far, only disappointing thing is there are few granules coming out from pods which gets mixed in coffee mug, and I don’t like that last sip when there is numbers of grains in the coffee mug. Otherwise coffee taste is perfectly refreshing and I also love the smell and texture of the coffee. To add more here, I would say it’s very decent looking coffee machine which fits perfectly in my kitchen.

We upgraded from a Pixie about a month ago. The machine produces the great coffee we have come to expect but we do find the operation a bit more physically difficult to do and we find the machine a lot noisier than we expected, based on knowledge of other Nespresso machines.
