A: Thanks for your inquiry. The Aeroccino3 will froth milk for cappuccinos or whip milk for lattes using the hot or cold setting. If you press the button like a doorbell, the button will be red for the hot setting. If you hold your finger down on the button a little longer and release it, the light will be blue for the cold setting. We recommend removing the metallic coil from the tip of the whisk if using the higher milk max line to whip milk for lattes.

A: The Vertuo Pop+ is designed to brew each blend to the specific programmed temperature that is best suited to that blend, as defined by Nespresso Coffee Experts. Quality is very important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. Please bear in mind that added cold milk can decrease the temperature of the drink.
