The fridge looks great, but the product came with the incorrect parts to switch the way the door opens. After several frustrating attempts to contact the company, they sent us new parts. Again, they sent us the wrong parts, meaning just two silly door hinges. This company has poor quality control and I would not recommend any of their products.

The worst purchase I could have made. I bought a device which does not cool. They were not responsible for the warranty. It never cooled properly and I had only bought it a week ago.

I've had this product for about a year or so. Always making the constant buzz which originally we thought it's from the main frig. After a while and some investigation turns out this little frig it's causing all the noise. At times you can hear it from another room. I would probably stay away from this product even if it has an unique size unless you want to bear with the constant sound.

I've had this for about a year or so and constantly dealing with the loud noise. Wife thought it was the large built-in fridge we have but it's not. I can almost hear it from a different room. I probably will stay away from this product even given the size.

We remodeled our 1950s galley kitchen and this unit was able to fill an awkward space we had in the original cabinetry plan. We never thought we'd be able to fit a wine fridge in our small kitchen until we came across this one!

We bought this fridge as part of our kitchen renovation. We thought it would be a nice added touch. When we installed it we found it to be VERY loud. I called and told them about it. They said that to was a "quiet" unit and they would replace it. They then told me that normally the cost to ship the old unit would not be covered under the warranty but if I posted a nice review on the product they would cover the return shipping. When we got the new unit, plugged it in and it is just as loud as the first one. Emailed the rep that I had been working with and she asked me to send a video of the unit making the noise. I did and they told me that the noise was normal. If you don't care about a loud fridge then this unit will be fine.
I would buy this product again. Total space safer

We love our NewAir wine fridge. We jus had our kitchen redone and it is a beautiful addition to our new set up. It matches all of our new appliances so well. Love the blue light as well. It was a little loud so I called customer service. Ingrid was a pleasure to work with and addressed my needs quickly. What a great company to work with.

As mentioned in other review, if you install it totally flush to cabinetry the door will not be able to open far enough. It has to stick out a fair bit to allow door to open far enough such that you can slide the wood slats that hold the bottles in and out. Essentially the body of the unit is flush and the entire width of the door needs to be sticking out from the surrounding cabinets. Also, somewhat bizarrely, you are able to have the handle on the left or right side (this can be important if installed near a corner due to the clearance needed to open the door fully) but changing to the right side involves rotating the door 180 degrees which leave the 'newair' logo upside down and in a more prominent location on the top end of the door. I asked customer service about this and they said the logo is glued on and cannot be removed without scuffing the door. Disappointing design.
