Bought this on a crazy good sale (40% off!) to replace a sad 10YO Visani wine fridge that I had been using for beer. This NewAir is impressive. Aside from the fantastic Stone branding, the fridge can hold a serious amount of cans. Seems to work best for 12 ounce cans, and am still figuring out how to best set the shelves for 16 ounce cans (the craft beer norm these days). Very impressed with the look and feel of the unit and would highly recommend - especially for beer enthusiasts.

I've been using this wine fridge as a stand-alone unit in my homebrewing space. It arrived well-packaged and in good shape. After the requisite 2-hour wait to allow the coolant to settle, I plugged it in and it was down to temp (37F) in about one hour's time. Included is an extra door hinge assembly for flipping the door to the other side, which is super handy. I primarily brew wines and meads, so having ample cold storage for white wines and traditional meads is a plus. When summer comes around, I plan to flip the shelves the other direction for storing 12oz bottles of cider and session meads to have more warm-weather beverages cold whenever we want! Things I love about this fridge: it is relatively quiet, with no loud humming or rattling; the feet are easily adjustable to level it out; the lights provide a great aesthetic; the large storage capacity; the elegant stainless-steel front; the big glass window where you can clearly see the temp setting; and it is relatively light weight and easy to move. A bonus for homebrewers, with the shelving removed it fits a five-gallon carboy. So, you could feasibly cold-crash a brew in the fridge as well! The Stone Brewing branding is a nice touch that spruces up my brewing space really well. It's kind of drab in that room, so having some big, bold brewery branding makes it feel like my own little bar space. Nice! The biggest issue I could see someone having with it is the height – to accommodate so much storage, it is taller than I'm used to seeing wine fridges. So, measure your space if installing it in a cabinet to ensure you have plenty of clearance. Overall, I'm quite happy with the NewAir FlipShelf™ and would recommend it to wine/beer lovers as well as homebrewers. It's a very pretty machine and does the job well. Good combo.

Look a fridge is a fridge, but this one has some features that craft beer guys will enjoy: - Awesome Stone Brewing decal. Really, this looks sharp! - Precise temperature control to set the fridge to exactly the server temp you want for your beer. - The reversible shelves come in handy for separating bottles and cans. No more bottles rolling around.

As someone that love craft beer, this seemed like a natural fit for a beer fridge for my home bar. When it arrived, I learned really quickly that this is a best of a beer fridge. I think the best word is robust! You'll need two people to move this around your house. But that's a good thing as you can tell that is a quality unit. The stainless-steel door and handle give it a commercial look while the Stong Brewing graphics make it the perfect choice for beer lovers. A few features that really stood out to me. The shelves on this unit feel really strong and are reversible for wine or "bomber" style beers that you'd prefer to lay flat. This is a huge bonus. Also, since it can be used free-standing or built-in, the vent is across the bottom of the front of the unit. This is nice as you can push it up against a wall without concern. But it also allows the unit to sit on a carpeted surface without the door dragging. As expected, it keeps beer as cold as you want them, and the capacity is massive. I'd think most won't have any issue with it holding all the beer needed to prove you're a craft beer fan!

No complaints whatsoever. The unit is well built and feels premium. Great for the game room or garage! It has an excellent design and gets drinks cold very quickly. I was surprised it got the temp down that fast. Lots of space for drinks!
