Bought this sensor motion trash can to replace one we had for years. Love the narrow design. Also love that it is hands free. Stainless steel is very nice. Only negatives are emails to the company cannot be delivered and no one answers their phone or returns calls. So if you need a replacement part or have questions you are out of luck. Pity as it is a nice product.

I purchased this ninestars product online on January 3. I received it on January 11. Opend the package and put the product together in my kitchen. Within 3 days the motion sensor stopped working on the lid. I reset the lid as instructed in the directions and it still did not work. Tried to reset again and it still does not work. Contacted Ninestars online regarding this issue and took two days to receive a response indicating that they would be in contact with me within 3 - 5 business days. Haven't received any further response. Heve tried to get further contact to try a resolve this issue to no avail. Customer service is a joke with Ninestars. I will definetely never buy anything from this company again.
