Q: Can I use on hard wood floors?

A: Hi! PACS can be used on all hard-finished floor surfaces, including hardwood, tile, ceramic, luxury vinyl, laminate, linoleum, marble, stone, porcelain, and more. Do not use on unfinished, oiled, waxed wooden floors or any water-sensitive floor surfaces. We do not recommend using PACS on other surfaces like walls or countertops. If unsure, test on an inconspicuous area ;)

A: Our Spin Mop Systems are not produced with wheels. Considering the possibility of tipping, we do not encourage any modified addition of wheels to the system.

I LOVE this mop and bucket kit! I have used it for years. They lasr a l8ng tume and the spunner does get the water out of the mop. I have tile floors that become very slippery when wet. This mop does a great job at cleaning stains and messes while not leaving the floors wet and slippery. The mop handle can be extended or shortened by twisting it right or left and pull or push on it. I have a backup kit and am now buying another one in anticipation of the predicted higher prices coming soon. Highly recommend this product!

The floors are the cleanest they’ve been, HOWEVER, the handle is too short and uncomfy to use so I had to bend over too much. The mophead should be larger. I am returning, just not for me!

Once fully extended your handle should be 48 inches, and you should see 3 different sections (one red and two gray metal tubes). If you are not seeing all sections, it is likely “section 3” attached to the gray Thread Plug that is not extending. Please remove the red triangle base by unscrewing the connect from the handle. Then try twisting the grey thread plug at the very bottom of the handle while holding firmly onto section 2 with the opposite hand. We hope this helps! This makes mopping so easy. I live this mop and the mop is machine washable. Just throw it in the wash and air dry it. Read the directions to remove the mop or it can be a little difficult.

I really wanted to like this. My first time using it I filled it with water in the utility sink and when to pick it up with the handle. Spilled the water everywhere, seems the handle isn't centered for even weight distribution. While mopping I'd have to pick up the handle with one hand and use my other on the bucket to keep it level. The mop itself was hard to keep from the plastic under the head from touching the floor. The cleaner pods seemed to work nicely through.

Mop head does a good job of removing dirt. The bucket is large, as I expected. The telescopic handle- just as previous reviews indicated- does not stay extended. Unfortunate.

I really wanted to love this but the handle isn’t long enough, it keeps collapsing and the mop head falls off in the water. Makes the whole system pointless and irritating. The cleaning pacs are okay. Wouldn’t recommend.

Mop, stick broke on first use. Mop head takes ages to dry. And the spinning ringing mechanism does not ring the mop enough. your floors will take forever to dry. Cleaning pellets were nice though.

It seemed to clean my floor, but the stick wouldn’t extend further than three feet and then kept collapsing. The wringer system didn’t work well- my floors were soaked. I would not repurchase or recommend.

This might be fine for tile. I feel like an idiot for falling for this expensive mop’s marketing If you have wood floors, you’re going to have to go in there and wring by hand after using the EasyWring. This is because the EasyWring sucks. Unfortunately, that’s the whole selling point of this mopping system Also, the mop heads take forever to dry 🤮

Amazing !!! I was due for a new mop ( I had my previous O-Cedar for 4 years now I only had to change the mop head ofc) and this pack came with the floor cleaning pacs so I thought might as well try it . I LOVE the cleaning pacs, it cleaned all the hard to clean stains my floors had without the hassle, effortlessly! I’ll be buying the pacs from here on 😍
