A: Hello Ev, thanks for reaching out about the Promist MAX Spray Mop! The spray is hand powered by the gray trigger at the top of the handle. As you pull the handle, a plunger pushes air through the water bottle which, in turn, pushes the water out of the sprayer. One less thing to buy! Thanks again for reaching out and happy cleaning!

A: Hi, thanks for reaching out! To answer your question, cleaning your floors with our microfiber mops and just water does not kill bacteria. It simply removes bacteria and dirt from your floors. You can also use your favorite cleaning solution mixed with water.

Q: Since the dilution ratio is different for each cleaning product, will the mops spray parts get damaged if I use more than the recommended 2tsp?

A: In response to your inquiry, the microfiber mop head on the ProMist MAX can be used with your favorite cleaning solution . Just fill the bottle with water and add 2 teaspoons of your solution witch normally fill align with instructions of most cleaner when converting to the quantity of the bottle. We do not recommend using bleach or wax with you ProMist MAX. Hope this helps!

Q: Why are the cloths only good up to 10 washes? Do they fall apart or shred after this time frame? Or what will happen if I keep using/washing past this time frame?

I like the fact you don't have to keep buying replacement pads and cleaning liquid. It was a little streaky at first, changed to a different cleaning solution and washed the mop pad, and worked much better.

I had a mop like this, it doesn't replace a full floor cleaning. It just collects dust from the floor and carries it on this mop, then you have to wash all the garbage off it yourself.

The more I use this, the more I absolutely hate it. My house is too big for this thing's sprayer and container. The thing always wants to fall over! I can not prop this fing thing on anything and walk away. This thing made me buy a real Mop and bucket. This does not meet my standards for cleaning and efficiency.

I absolutely love my O-Cedar spray mop! It makes my daily cleanings easier and faster. The design is sleek and lightweight, so I can easily maneuver it around my home even in tight spaces. Sad to say that this doesn’t work. I was mopping my floors and looking at the towel. I was thinking the floor wasn’t that dirty since the towel was still white. When I went to dry up the floors with another towel with my hands, the towel was dirty and brown. so pretty much this mop just moves dirt around and doesn’t pick it up.

I like the ease of spray mop more than traditional mop. Assembly is a breeze, and the height is perfect. I do not have to bend and strain my back while mopping. The bottle is easy to insert and remove, and I appreciate that I can use my preferred cleaning liquid. The large capacity means I can mop my entire floor without needing to refill. The mop pad is generous in size, covering more surface area and making quick work of larger spaces. Plus, it's easy to wash in the washing machine. My only suggestion would be to offer a smaller mop pad size option for tighter spaces, like under furniture. I was unable to clean compact areas due to the bigger pad size. However, for larger areas, this mop is great.

Defective product - this product works great, for a few weeks. It comes with an internal plug on the fillable fluid bottle that breaks for just about everyone that buys it, won't go back in, and can't be replaced online. Once it breaks, you'll have mop fluid spilling all over yourself and your floor instead of spraying outwards. It totally stinks! I've read online reviews and tried to find a solution but there is none- I'm buying a different brand and so bummed at how this design messes up so badly.

I love the fact that you could put whatever liquid you wanted and inside if you don’t push the bottle that holds liquid all the way in it will leak. I clean houses for a living and this is worked out really good for me except after a year, the bottom of the pool has rusted so I have to push it down every time I wanna squirt the liquid out. I’m disappointed but it last me a whole year and I’m happy for that.

Just slips across liquid that is squirted, does not clean a thing! I wanted a greener mop with washable pad that I could use my own cleaning solution with. Ugh, but this pad is so synthetic it makes a mess. What a waste of money.

It worked for the first couple times and then the spray portion stopped spraying. For almost a $30 item I expected it to last longer than two times. Target is sending me a refund so I am hoping this was just a fluke but we will see
