Once it gets seasoned it will be more non-stick but its not bad to start. It's a good thickness, not too thin like the real chip ones.

It’s heavy so you know it’s well made but not so heavy you can’t easily lift it. It cooked our pizza perfectly with a nice, crispy crust.

It is a sturdy well rounded stone! It cooks my crust evenly and leaves a nice golden toasty bottom that gives my pizza the tastiest crust ever! This is large and I can make a huge pizza or make it smaller which is a bonus! Go out and buy this to make all your pizza dreams come true!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a pizza stone and was anxious to use it. Very heavy. I love making homemade pizza and was excited to see how it worked. The instructions only say to put the stone in cold oven and put frozen pizza on it. So I decided to try it using homemade pizza. I didn't put any non stick spray on as I was unsure if it'd work. It also says do not cut on this. I was confused as to why get a pizza stone if you can only bake frozen pizza on it and you can't cut on it either. It does bake frozen pizza good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pizza stone is great. It's heavy and durable without being a pain to put in and take out of the oven. I make a lot of pizza both from scratch and frozen. I find using a stone really is the best way to achieve a crunchy crust with a chewy, gooey, middle. I use these for baking bread as well. I like the pizza stone with wax paper because I find even without a messy pizza, toppings tend to jump ship and stain or burn the stone without it. You can buy a special brush that cleans stones without damaging them but that's a whole mess I try and avoid. The best way to use this stone is to put it in the oven and then pre-heat it inside. Then you can use a paddle or your hands and add the food to the stone that absorbs the heat. It cooks evenly every time. It's big enough that I can put a large pizza on there without issue, and the round shape allows for it to store quite easily. Simply let the oven and stone completely cool down before storing. Love having a stone. It really is a game-changer. This brand is a high-quality and nice-looking stone. Definitely recommend.
