Received one unit and returned for inaccurate readings. Return and replacement was easy and quick. Second unit was just as inaccurate and unreliable.

Lacks for features, such as erasing specific entries. User #2 (spouse) so far data shows up under my historical data. If it can be separated, it's not intuitive. Also, so far, my spouse does not want three reading, I do, but seems this setting is either/or. Would not say the unit's display intuitive. the good news is the app will do everything you need that you will want to share with your doctor pretty intuitively. The app has upsell items in it, an FYI, not a knock. BP is no extra cost. Bluetooth can occasionally be quirky. Checked against Doc's BP and it was reasonably close, we did the measurements in succession. I think people not getting good readings need to evaluate how they position and secure the cuff on the arm. No offense, it's likely the operator. Overall simple and easy to use, so you don't blow it off. 4-AA batteries last over 6 months. I am glad I bought it and would recommend.

I purchase this BP Monitor on 22 Feb 2024. I am satisfied with product, but displeased by the fact there is no case for this product. This is disappointing relegating my BP Monitor to a stationary nightstand/desk/table. I would prefer the case so that I could easily pack in luggage, backpack, etc…making it a mobile product. I hope future models come with a case. Would have orders but I don’t see a case listed as an accessory.

I do NOT want any pay for additional gimmicks. Please don’t ask!!!!!

I bought this machine in 2021 and MOST of the time all I get are errors E5 or E2, a real piece of junk.

BP7450 reads on an average of 7 to 9 points higher than the doctor's office and while in the hospital both manual and automatic testing. I was in for 5 days plenty of testing. Purchased another brand and home testing I am getting the same results. The Omron is 7 points higher than the other brand which is just about perfect to doctor readings. This is my second purchase of Omron BP machine.

My doctor visit last week was shocking. When they took my blood pressure it was 130 over 78, two hours earlier I took my BP on my Omron it was 119 over 65. Quite a difference, especially since I haven't seen a 130 ever on my machine. My doctor wants me to come in with my machine so he can take both at the same time..

this is my second 10 series upper arm unit – first one lasted about seven years and then started to fail - worked flawlessly - very pleased with quality and reliability - just bought my new 10 series unit

I have used various monitors to stay healthy and keep using bio feed back to document my health. This is one of the best monitors on the market. No complaints

I bought this a number of months ago. Stayed sealed in its box. Opened it a few days back. Wildly inaccurate! Calked Omron customer service and had a most unsatisfactory, unhelpful conversation with the agent. Have bought Omron products before and have recommended them to friends. Will never do so again.

The preformed wrap digs into my upper arm. I think the problem is that it is preformed (and rigid)

I just tried the Series 10 BP 7450 Its very big and the motor is noisy. I promptly returned it. Why? It consistently reads too high. Systolic 20-30 and Diastolic 15-20 higher than my other Omron monitor. The cuff material curls up by itself, is stiff and too uncomfortable for daily use. The power adapter is nice, but I don't like the monitor performance and cuff.

I am not happy with this product is not accurate at all. I checked with doctors machines when I sent it back for checking they said there’s nothing wrong with it and then came back in a different box without the batteries and instruction sheet.

Easy to use. Took a few tries to get info transferred to phone. Did seem to read high. When I got my blood pressure taken at my doctors office I brought it in and did it there after they took it. Proved it wasn't accurate. They told me to throw it away because they couldn't calibrate it. Haven't used it since.

For the price of this you'd think the user interface had more options and was more capable.

Meter appears to be ok but the app require to much personal info to get it to work and I don't want omron having any of my medical data My main reason for purchasing was so I could show my doctor a printout of my blood pressure data without having to take the meter along with me I will go back to using my old omron meter with a more comfortable arm cuff but no bluetooth This new meter is a waste of money for me as I don't want omron to have any of my date

I purchased this particular model because I prefer taking my blood pressure with the arm band instead of the one using your wrist. I believe they give you a more accurate reading. Every now and then, I have a problem syncing but still a great machine to monitor your blood pressure.
