I use this product a lot. What I don’t like is that the gummies are often all stuck together like they were exposed to heat before being put on the shelves. The flavor or size of the gummies aren’t overwhelming.

I take 2 gummies together first thing in the morning. I have not seen any difference in my hair yet. But, I'll give another 3 .months and see if I see any results. I love the taste and ready chew 😋 so far. I'm being patient

I just started taking these so I cant give a thorough review but I personally think these are soo good. A little too sweet at first but then I was wanting to eat the whole bottle. They arent super soft though, but still soft enough of a bite for a gummy. I think it depends on the freshness of the bottle you get but I haven’t had an issue with the texture or flavor. I really like these!

Try this product if you have wimpy, thin fingernails and limp, dull hair. After a short time, you will be amazed at the strength of your nails and the thickness and shine of your hair!

I have weft extensions in my hair and got them put in a month ago. I had a check up today to see how growth has been, she said my hair grows too much!! lol I’ve been taking these vitamins on and off for years and I’ve always noticed a difference with my hair. Stronger, healthier, thicker and just progressively grows. I also had a vitamin D deficiency so my doctor prescribed me with Vitamin D to take everyday. I believe that had a lot to do with my hair growth as well.

These do work and you’ll see the results after a period of time. I deeply regret when I stoped taking them. I deal with severe breakage and dryness because of hypothyroid. I can’t do anything to stop the hair breakage but I can try to stay healthy and take care of myself. This was my hair a year ago. So healthy and now back to so much breakage:( I’m buying more vitamins now.

I’ve been told that hair and nail supplements don’t work. But try telling that to my hair and nails. Within 2 months of stopping these and my nails are falling apart— chipping and splitting. The berry flavor is preferable to the tropical citrus flavor. But why not try both and decide?

EVERY time I buy these online from Target the vitamins arrive in one giant clump-like they melted together, even in winter.

I've been losing hair for the past few months after bring hospitalized, and rather than trying Rogaine, I decided to try these. It definitely improved my brittle nails and helped with the significant hair loss, but it made me break out so I never repurchased. As I've heard before, once you stop using this, your hair loss may resume which is what I've been noticing after being off them for 2 months. But they worked very well for me so I'll bite the bullet and risk the acne again.

I normally purchase these in Target store but they are not carrying this in store anymore so I purchased online. I ordered two bottles of this item and they taste like they have been in a warehouse for 100 years. They are hard and have a terrible texture. Very disappointed. Send fresh vitamins, not really old ones. Thank you

Didn’t really help. I took this instead of the iron, vitamin c, and vitamin d that my doctor suggested for my hair loss and unfortunately my hair loss came back.

Taste great and chewy. Bought this for my hair because I suffer severe hair loss. Consumed one bottle, it doesn’t show big difference but I noticed more baby hair growing out.

These are amazing, I noticed my nails started to grow faster and stronger and they’re tasty

haven’t noticed a huge difference in my skin and hair yet but it has definitely made my nails stronger.

Personally, I got this in hopes that my hair will thicken and my hairline can lower so I can have a smaller forehead. The product advertises that it can help with hair, nails, and skin, and for me personally after using this for 2 months, I see large improvement for my nails and slight improvement for my hair. It did absolutely nothing for my skin, but that’s alright since I was mainly focused on my hair. I get acrylics for my nails about 3 times a year, but I rip them off my nails which dramatically thins out my nail bed. They have been getting thinner and thinner, but surprisingly, I see a large improvement for my nails, which is why I give this product 4 stars. For my hair (which I was looking forward to the most), I am not sure if my hair is thickening, but I certainly notice more baby hair growing on my side lines. I will try this product for another 2 months to see if my hair improves because it is hard to judge if this product truly thickens my hair within only 2 months. But so far, it has given me more baby hairs along my sidelines than right above my forehead. It is still an improvement that I am very happy about. I would say so far that it has given me more quantity of hair than quality (where quality is judged by thickness). Also, gummies taste great. There are definitely much MUCH worse tasting gummies out there, but this is S tier gummies (aka best gummies I had out of the rest of the gummies I had in my life).

Both my boyfriend and I take these daily, and while I do get results from these my dude’s results are the ones worth noting. He has curly hair that lost it’s curl for a while, and these fixed that right away for him. He also struggles with really bad acne and these cleared up his skin and keeps it clear.

I don’t see why it has so many negative reviews. The taste is not that bad ! I think they’re tasteful ! Plus I had this little bald spot and I’ve been taking them for a week and a half now and I’m starting to see regrowth on that area where it’s been bald for a good 4 months .

To small of a bottle for the money. I don’t like the taste very disappointed in this product.
