submitted by Juanita - 1 year ago

  • A: Hello! Thanks for your question. Our Silicone Drying Mat is heat resistant up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit for use as a trivet. Although it has not been tested for use under appliances, it should work as appliances should not exceed the max temperature (on the outside).

submitted by Cyndy - 1 year ago

    Expected more

I normally like OXO products and thought this would be great as I needed a new dish drying mat. The mat never dries/drains properly, even after dishes are removed and the mat is flipped over onto a dry cloth to drain. There are still puddles of water. Because of this, it shows water spots constantly. The only way to avoid any of this is to wipe it down with a separate dry towel after each use. Too much work. Oxo didn't think this one through. Disappointed.

    Great value and product

Love this sink mat! Love the material and how easy it is to clean from any residue. Flexible material and light weight. Still allows things easy to drain.

    Good sink mat

I am really happy with this oxo sink mat. It protects my sink from scratches and has a good cushion to it for my glassware. I also like that it’s heat resistant. It is easy to clean and looks nice in the sink.

    Pools warer

This traps water and it hasn’t a good way to drain. So it’s not my favorite. Waiting for another mat to come with a way for water to drain instead of pooling.

    Works great

The OXO Gg Silicone sink mat is great! It has plenty of drain holes to allow water to go through. It doesn't allow dishes to slide all over sink causing possible breaking.

Love this mat. Had one of the fabric ones before but highly recommend this. Can wash in dishwasher, hang to dry, and allows more air flow for dishes to dry

    Not good

This was a mistake, in hindsight. There's no drainage for water, so it just sits in the mat, it also leaves grime on the countertop. I threw it away and am looking for a more suitable option.

    The best!!

This was a random purchase I made thinking that it might not be the exact thing i needed but it would get the job done for the time being. Long story short I have already told all my friends and family about this thing lol. It doubles as a trivet which is genius for something that sits on the counter, its low profile, is effortless to clean, and the flat grooved design makes it easy to stack your clean dishes when youre washing a big sink full

    Disappointed

Bought this to go under my dish drying rack. Dishes have to be pretty much already dry otherwise the mat holds water. There’s no where for it to drain so it just sits in the grooves of the mat. I have to clean it almost daily otherwise grime will build up on it.

    Worth the price!

I bought 2 of these. They are low profile and the slightly raised parts allow water to drain and dishes to dry without having to leave the dishes angled/tipped up. Love that it can quickly be rinsed off in the sink or placed in the dishwasher to clean.

    Love it!

This has been a life saver in our tiny rental home! We don’t have a dishwasher so having something that I can dry dishes on in small loads throughout the day that contains the water and dries quickly has been priceless. Honestly, I’m always so impressed with every purchase from this brand.
