This may is way too small to serve any adult purpose. Maybe for a baby tub? Waste of money. It was returned.

Yikes wow the smell is pungent. I have to close the bathroom door so it does seep through my bedroom. But I like that I no longer slide around in my shower I just don’t think I can handle the smell and have to throw it away. Hate to have to.

It did not stick at all immediately threw it away.

The quality is great! It isn't puffy which would make you feel like you are going to lose your balance, but it is a tad 'tacky' so you know you aren't going to slip and thick enough so it is comfortable. Only complaint.....It has a hint for Aqua, and is not a true light blue!

Smells terrible even after many showers! Smell protrudes into the house. Also is too small for the shower. Please don't buy!

Effective slip guard. The clear option complements any bathroom. The pebble effect makes it feel a little like a spa day. You can’t beat the value for the price. I buy several a year.

I guess I’m lucky, but this small clear tub mat has held up better than my two previous mats that I purchased for $37. The mat has great suction and stays in place and is very comfortable to step on. There is absolutely no smell at all. It’s easy to clean and looks great. I actually clean my tub bottom and the mat with a plastic broom that is easy on my back and does a great job of cleaning both sides of the mat including all the little crevices. For $10.00, it is a great buy.

Very short and flimsy compared to another big box stores comparable product. Ended up returning before using and getting the item at the other store.

Worst bath mat I’ve ever purchased. It is slippery when wet, the exact opposite of what you want from a bath mat.

I didn’t notice an odor as many customers state on their reviews, but I couldn’t stand on this mat as it felt like needles on the bottom of my feet! While showering, I noticed the prickly feeling so I removed the mat and stood on the porcelain and it felt fine, then I placed the mat down again and stood on it both stepping around on it and standing still. I would feel prickles either way and it was alarming to feel the prickly feeling while standing still. After reading the reviews, I sure hope it’s not a chemical burn on the bottom of my feet! I’m not sure what I’m going to do if Target will honor a return after throwing away the label and using the mat one time or if I’m just going to take a loss and throw it away. I would not recommend this as it is a huge disappointment and I should have just purchased some non-slip tub stickers to stick on the tub shower bottom. The bottoms of my feet feel sore and uncomfortable after my shower.

It is a very cute design, but the smell is STRONG. I tried several methods to get rid of the smell, gave up, and then stored it away for 2 YEARS before I remembered it again. Lol and behold it's turned yellow and the smell was STILL there. It's almost like this is the default product that it was manufactured to be in the first place. It looks just like the browned mat photos everyone else is sharing.

The plastic reeked of chemicals that didn't dissipate after days outside. Had to throw away.

I don't know why these mats always have an odor. I'm having to spray it down with bleach because of this. I expect more for what I pay at Target.

We are extremely disappointed with our recent purchase of this bath mat. Our biggest issue is the size. The current dimensions of 26.75 inches (L) by 14 inches (W) are far too small for a bathtub/shower combo. In the past, this bath mat measured 35 inches (L) by 15 inches (W), which provided ample coverage. Now, due to the reduced length, our multi-generational family has less room to move around confidently and freely inside the bathtub/shower unit. This small size forces us to avoid the areas not covered by the mat, leaving the exposed bathtub surface slippery when wet or soapy. It poses a hazard when performing common tasks in the shower, such as reaching for shampoo or using a mirror to shave. While we acknowledge the other reviews about the strong off-gassing smell, we have a large window in the bathroom that helps alleviate the issue. Nevertheless, the lack of length remains our primary concern. We will not purchase this bath mat again unless Target restores the original dimensions of 35 x 15 inches. In its current size, this mat is only suitable for a small standing shower stall, not for a bathtub/shower combo. We are beyond disappointed with the "shrinkflation" of this product—less bath mat for more money, resulting in a more accident-prone situation. Shame on you, Target and the Room Essentials division. We have no choice but to find an alternative bath mat from a competing business.

It LOOKED good…until a few uses in. So hard to clean and grime and dirt get stuck under it and in it. So that clear, clean look does not last. Would not repurchase this.

Eventually the scent does go away it does smell like u know what lol. Works decent just will need to be replaced as it would collect mold if not air dried every time

Wow! Now THIS is a bath mat. My #1 thing I'm looking for in a bath mat is safety. I want to feel secure, and like I won't slip and d-- in my shower. Well this bath mat is changing the game and disrupting the industry, because cleaning this bath mat every week will make you actually WANT to d--. The bath mat also has an educational component. My kids love using this mat as a scientific experiment to study mold growth patterns. On top of all that, to echo the other reviewers, the smell of it is very refreshing indeed. In short--if you're a clean freak like me who can't STAND not having an unnecessary task, you'll love this mat! I've been scrubbing mine for the past 30 minutes, and I couldn't be proud of how it looks. 😇🥰

Absolutely horrible quality! Didn’t stick !

It does its job but takes forever to fully flatten out the corners. The chemical smell of the plastic is still there even after several months .

It is alarmingly small (my fault, I did not check size) but that’s not even the problem. It is the smell, much like others have said. The smell is absolutely HORRID. It is going straight in the trash after less than 24 hours. It’s really bad.
