    We purchased this as a second food dispenser prior to a 4 day vacation. We have 2 cats and had someone coming to check on them twice but didn’t want to leave food out all day so after looking into different options, decided to purchase the PETLIBRO food dispenser. We are happy with it overall - it is functional and served its purpose. We were able to track feeds through the app which was great but it did lose connection a few times (not sure if it’s the dispenser or our WiFi). On the third day, the bowl was “backed up” and we thought it was overfilled, but we later found out that the food was just blocked when we had our friend stop by to check on the cats. Fortunately, we had someone visiting but it could have been problematic otherwise. I’m not sure why the food became blocked (maybe bowl positioning?), but we haven’t had it happen again and besides that, we haven’t had any other issues. Would purchase again.

    This machine works great. I do recommend the slightly more expensive camera version although I didn’t buy the camera model. I bought this model because I already have a camera in my garage. Setup time was literally plug + play. It works exactly as expected and easily handles the larger kibble of my labradoodle dog. I was pleasantly surprised that it comes with a water bowl and power adapter for its usb-c cord. The only con is that it dispenses the food kinda slowly, but that’s because it weighs everything out. I love when products just work. And this just works!
