Had it 2 weeks, already got stuck had to take it apart and reset it. Disposal tray is way to small. My other lasted about a week. This one has to be emptied every 3 day's. Doesn't control oder well. They want you to pay extra for sent refills that my other box never needed. Considering returning this.

I bought this liter box 6 months ago and I have nothing but issues with it. It malfunctions every 2-3 days, often times not notifying me of the issue and leaving my cats without anywhere to use the bathroom. Thankfully sometimes they come tell me but not always. The waste bin is also extremely small, it fills up within a matter of a few days, might as well have a regular litter box for as often as I am attending to this one. The unit itself is very small as well, if you have larger cats it will not work for you. A complete and total waste of money

We were gifted this automatic litter box and we're So excited to set it up. Our cats Instantly loved it too as we have a few. In fact they preferred it over any of our others. But, sadly after a month maybe two it keeps giving the error message that the sphere is not detected and or that the cover is not installed. We have made sure to take it apart and clean it very well then placed it back together. As we thought a piece of cat litter could have dislodged, however that was not the case.

I recently moved into an apartment from a house and had a different brand self-cleaning litter box that I had no room for. Let me tell you!! This is SO MUCH quieter than my other! Fits great into my smaller apartment and very nice esthetics! I only wish it had a step for my older cat, but other than that, it's great!

Bought this to replace my broken litter robots I had for 5 years, I will admit I was skeptical but it proofed me wrong! The cycle is quiet, I like how you can monitor via the app. I really like how the litter and wast doesn’t stick inside the globe like it does with the litter robot, makes cleaning super easy, the wast bin is large so you only need to empty it very often. Overall very happy, will definitely buy another once I need to replace my other box.

I purchased this litter box a few weeks ago because my old PetSafe litter scooping box kicked the bucket. I decided on this one because I have friends with similar litter boxes who have had great experiences with theirs. I love that it’s overall easy to assemble—just has a lot of pieces. I also liked that it came with the trash bags, gloves, and filters. It is very quiet when it cleans. However, my cat absolutely WILL NOT use it. I have tried everything I can think of, but he just won’t get in it and is going potty outside of it. I think this is a great product, just not a good fit for my cat.

The biggest waste of money

I bought this back in September 2024 for my new kitten, she has adapted well to using it so that was a plus. This thing has more problems than not, litter constantly gets in places it shouldn’t and makes the litter box throw a code which makes it not work. The amount of times I’ve had to fully take this apart and deep clean it just so it would function for 1 day just to cause me more issues, is insane. I wish I had never wasted money on this. I would not recommend this to anyone.

We were beyond excited to have finally been able to get this litter box after saving up for it. But just after a few months of use, it has stopped working. After the issue was that it would rotate maybe half way around and freeze. Now, it won't rotate at all, it just shows a 3 on the little digital screen. We have tried so much to try and fit this, but nothing has worked. We are disappointed.

So far, I'm really liking this unit. Assembly was fairly easy, instructions were pretty clear. I had a little trouble connecting to my wifi but that was more user error than anything. Once connected, it was easy to set up the app. Unfortunately in the last few months I had just started buying a brand of litter that isn't very compatible with robot boxes (at the time I'd planned to use regular boxes). Now that I have the SmartSpin, I definitely agree this litter won't work & I'm switching over. Changing the waste basket is super easy. And the smaller bags are easier to handle. In terms of cat acceptance, my girls were very curious while I was putting it together, each taking a turn climbing in. Once it was together, however, not so much. I gave them a couple days to acclimate, removing one old box and letting the other get dirty. Then finally took the other box out and they resisted a bit that first day, but were fine by that night. They're the kind to leary of new things, so if your cat takes new things in stride, this should be no problem. Definitely making my life easier so far!

Works well, just wish there were steps. For my senior cat, it's 12.5 inches from the floor to entrance. This is just too high for him and I had to buy a 3rd party step. I wish there was an option to purchase pet safe steps like litter robot has. The box is quiet and easy to setup. For a litter box, it is attractive. My other 2 cats like it. One is a fatty and he fits.

I purchased this litter box for 2 kittens. I am a little disappointed. The kittens see or hear it cleaning and they jump in and stop it when they can see the drawer from inside and dig in it. This product needs a door or something while doing the cleaning cycle, especially since it exposes the drawer. I don't highly recommend.

Overall, this was a very good idea that was executed very poorly. There were constant issues with the weight sensors, so many tight spaces for litter to fall into, and it was extremely challenging to clean and keep clean. No part of this box is sealed against smells, and the deodorizer does little to nothing to help reduce the smell. I hate that I kept it for five months and didn't return it while I could. Colossal waste of money.

For the price, it still might be worth buying anyway but you shouldn't expect much from the app. Would not stay connected to my network that I have many other smart devices on including Tuya hardware which it seems to use. I spun up a network just for this 1 device and while the app has stopped saying that it is constantly disconnected, the app does not let me access its settings and also thinks its mid cleaning cycle for a while now, when it is certainly not. It also is not properly logging visits from the cats. Clearing cache and rediscovering the unit did not help
