Philips Avent Anti-colic baby bottle 11oz with a Anti-colic nipple Flow 3, promotes the health and comfort of your baby while feeding. Our clinically proven Anti-colic valve, integrated in the nipple, is designed to reduce colic and gas by reducing air ingestion. The unique valve flexes, preventing vacuum build up, and sending air away from your baby's tummy. The nipple is designed to prevent nipple collapse for a secure latch and uninterrupted feeding. The Anti-colic bottle can be used with or without the AirFree vent (purchased separately), giving you the option based on your baby’s feeding needs. With few parts, rounded edges and wide neck, the bottle is easy to clean thoroughly. Ease of cleaning helps to ensure more hygienic feeding. The soft silicone nipple is available in different flow rates for babies of all ages. The Anti-colic baby bottle works interchangeably with most of the Philips Avent range making it easier to meet your growing baby's changing needs. This has been the best bottle for my lil man he has had the most success with this bottle because he was colic and he didn’t like most bottles and because of that i won’t ever purchase any other bottles

I bought these to have at home for my niece thinking they were the same ones she uses at home. Turs out they hold more than the ones her mom has. Work so good, her mom asked for the link to buy some to have at her house.

I would switch the nipple to a different advent nipple and he would easily drink the whole thing. Something about the nipple just doesn’t work for us. I do love how the actual bottles have the wide mouth and that they can attach easily to my spectra pump. We did receive this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

This is a very high quality product to try. Having the straw in the bottle to help prevent colic was perfect but the flow seemed to be a little fast compared to others we’ve tried. Having the flow a little fast, we sized down. This set still made my LO a little colicky. The bottle was super easy to clean and to take apart. Putting the bottle back together again could be a little tricky because you have to be careful you do it the right way to prevent spills. Having a firm nipple helped preventing any collapsing problems and seemed to mimic a breast. Overall, we had a like/dislike with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Philips advent wide mouth bottles since my son was born and a very small nipple size due to nursing and excessive spit up but I received the Philips Avent Anti Colic bottle as part of a panel so wanted to give it a try. I was a bit worried about trying this new shape and faster flow but my son didn’t seem to mind. It is hard to say as the spit up comes and goes now that he is 9 months old but he did spit up less after feeding from this bottle so I think it helps. Our son is not colicky so can’t speak to that. I wish I had tried this earlier when the spit up was really bad! It was a bit tougher to clean than the classic bottles though.

The nipples are simple to utilize attaching to the bottle. Uncollapse, durable, soft, and breast shaped. My son has struggled with coordinating sucking, swallowing and breathing with many different bottles. The sprout on these nipples are the best because of controlled flow preventing gag reflex for my son. I’ve been using these bottles every day between breast feeding sessions.

It was nice to have fewer pieces to clean compared to other bottles that we've used and they worked just as well at preventing gas/spit up. Our son has always had a poor latch, and it was best managed with a different nipple/bottle combo in the Avent line, but he would still lose his suction frequently resulting in swallowing air. I'm unsure if the bottle vs the nipple helped more, but the anti-collic nipple/bottle combo was AMAZING. The 11 oz bottle is big, especially for our son who rarely eats more than 8oz. But we didn't see that as a problem and it still fits in our sterilizer. I also love that these bottles can be used with the other rings/nipples we already have in a pinch. are interchangeable with other Avent bottles we already owned. Highly recommend!

For us it's an easy simple feeding solution. My baby drinks from them easily and since it's only 3 parts it's easy to put together and easy to clean. My baby is not particularly colicky but we do think that with this bottle she doesn't have gas as bad. Usually at the end of a feeding she will do one big burp and then she's good. This is especially important for us as we bottle feed her right before she goes to bed so we don't want her waking up with gas during the night. And she has not had that problem when using these bottles. My baby is 9 months old and we mostly use size 3 and 4 nipples because she can handle the higher volume flow from those sizes. The bottles are also comfortable to hold. We have actually transitioned all of our bottles over to this brand and I would recommend this brand and product to anyone.

He loves the nipple size and flow and is able to hold the bottle easily on his own. The bottles are easy to clean and I love the larger size of the bottle. All of my other bottles that I own are less than 11oz. I found that these bottles helped ease my son’s gas. I would highly recommend these bottles to anyone looking for an anti-colic/gas bottles for their growing infant.

He spit up a lot, would get gassy and constipated and would not drink from any bottle until he was 4 months old. This bottle was fortunately one that he loved! He didn’t have any bottle or nipple refusal with these and went back and forth between bottle and breastfeeding successfully! I really like how these bottles come in an extremely large size and are so simple to clean. It only has 4 parts (bottle, nipple, ring to hold nipple and cap) and is dishwasher safe too. My baby did not have any gas or burping issues while using this bottle! Defiantly recommend it! Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for the opportunity to try these bottles!

My baby also did not have any gas or colic from switching which was a relief. These bottles were super easy to clean and assemble. My 8 year old was able to put them together as well. The nipples that came with the bottles were fine for us. My baby is a slow eater so anything more she tends to gag. Overall, I would use these bottles again. My infant is pretty picky about bottles but did take this bottle fairly easily. I noticed that it had a positive effect on gas/burps. All in all a good product. It did take us a couple of tries to find the right nipple flow -- since I mostly nurse we ended up going with the slowest flow.
