Description
Remove plaque and experience a deep, effective clean with Sonicare technology, removing up to 7x more plaque vs. a manual toothbrush. Sonicare technology gently pulses water between your teeth, for a month's worth of manual brushing in just 2 minutes. The QuadPacer lets you know when you've spent the optimal amount of time on each section of your mouth while the SmarTimer signals when your 2 minutes is up. The pressure sensor flashes red to remind you to ease off, helping to prevent gum recession, while the 2 intensity settings ensure a comfortable clean that’s right for you. Going electric might feel like a big step, but with this brush you’re in safe hands. Its slim ergonomic design and familiar-shaped head gives you everything you need for an effective clean. The kit includes 1 Philips Sonicare 4100 electric toothbrush, 1 Optimal Plaque Control (C2) brush head and 1 USB charging cable (wall adaptor not included).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the 4100, because I had a Sonicare Diamond Clean that failed 2 or 3 times in a couple of years. I then purchased a 5100 and it failed within 3 years. I figured I would just buy the cheapest one I could find, because it doesn't seem the more expensive ones last.

Hi No cavity, Thank you for letting us know about your concern, and we're sorry to hear about your recent experience with your Philips 4100 Series, this is not the kind of experience we want for our customers, especially you! You can try this tips and hope it will fix. 1. Ensure Full Charge - Charge the toothbrush for at least 24 hours. Make sure it’s seated correctly on the charger. 2. Clean Contacts - Check and clean the charging contacts on both the toothbrush and charger to ensure they connect properly. 3. Limit Usage - Avoid leaving the toothbrush on the charger and try not to store it in extreme temperatures. If this doesn't help, please get in touch with us! We're available on Facebook (@Philips) and X (@PhilipsCare). you can also reach out to us via the contact page:https://www.usa.philips.com/c-w/support-home/support-contact-page#n62Contact=PERSONAL_CARE_GR%2BTOOTHBRUSHES_CA . I purchased my Philips toothbrush in May 2024, it is now February 2025 and the power button on my toothbrush has fell apart! I noticed what I thought was maybe toothpaste on the button when I tried to clean it, it was the plastic/silicone that completely fell apart. The toothbrush turns off and on by itself and I had to toss it out. Not worth it when it did not even last a year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the long battery life which really makes it great for travel. And the pressure sensor has helped with agressive brushing which attributed to my gum recession. Also very lightweight, which is great.
I like it.

I enjoyed this toothbrush for about 15 months, it did a much better job cleaning my teeth than a manual brush alone! However, after less than two years of daily use, the “on” button has completely disintegrated and no longer works. Besides this, the brush no longer times quadrants or reminds to change the heads. I tried the Phillips website to replace or repair and it seems I’m out of warranty. I’m disappointed with how poorly this brush has lasted considering the price point, I’ll definitely be looking into another electric toothbrush, just probably not from Phillips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toothbrush was smaller than I expected and I had a hard time holding on to it. I bought it as a replacement for my current Philips, but it so uncomfortable I don’t use it at all. So it’s back to my old phillips which now has a poor battery after years of service, but I struggle on.
