A: Hi! To connect your Bluetooth Philips Sonicare toothbrush to the Sonicare app, ensure that your toothbrush and phone are paired via Bluetooth. If you are using the app for the first time, you will need to pair your toothbrush. Follow the instructions provided in the app. Once your toothbrush is paired with the app, it will connect and sync when turned on. Your phone needs to be nearby with Bluetooth activated and the app open. If the steps didn't work, kindly reach out to us at 1-800-682-7664. A: Hi there, We recommended to replace your Philips Sonicare Brush Head every three months of normal use (brushing twice a day). One reason is because brush heads can get weary and will be less effective in removing plague.

I bought two of these under a year ago, and one is dead. It won't hold a charge - no idea how to get Philips to send us a new one. My daughter is frustrated by the app. Sometimes it will start her "streak" all over again ("14 more for a free gift!") even if she did not miss any brushings or get the "gift" - it seems glitchy at times. Philips - It would mean a lot to my daughter if you would please respond. She loves the app and wants it to work, and she does not want to lose her streak.

Great design to teach kids to brush teeth by watching the video on app, but the quality of the material it’s very hard to keep it clean( without mold) the bottom of the brush, the connection between head and brush need to be cleaned very often, otherwise it will have mold! I change brush head every 2-3 months and use brush to clean this brush weekly…. Hope you to find other material that won’t cause mold esp for kid’s toothbrush

The first toothbrush I bought for my kid lasted a few years. Then I bought 2nd one, and it stopped working within 6 months. I am now hesitated if I should buy another one because I don’t know how long it will last.

I bought these for all of my kids, and after about 6 months, the button becomes very difficult to use and we have to press it several times until it turns on. This is also a pretty bulkyyy toothbrush, I wish it was thinner and not as long especially for toddlers. The stickers don’t last super long until they start peeling and looking/feeling ugly, and not to mention trying to line them up perfectly isn’t fun. Be prepared to spend $10 per replacement toothbrush HEAD. That costs more than my sonicare heads! If you have multiple kids, that adds up every 6-12 weeks. This toothbrush is definitely not worth the $35 plus the money it costs to replace the heads regularly. I am switching to the Sonicare One that is slimmer and the replacement heads are half the price.

I have three kids so I bought 3. I have since had to replace all three because they stopped working after 8 months. I have now bought 6 toothbrushes in a year and the other replacement has stopped working so frustrating!

This toothbrush worked for about 2 weeks. After reaching out to Phillips they were great at first and sent a new one in the mail. However it did not come with brush heads or the fun stickers that my child really enjoyed. Pretty disappointed.

I ordered this toothbrush for my daughter whom I co-parent. When her mom & I split she had no cavities, within 16 months she had 3! So I looked for the best electric toothbrush I could find & one if available with a way to see and track if & when my child was brushing, which I thought this model did. Unfortunately it doesn’t do that exactly the way I read. It tracks tooth brushing but only when it’s used with the child’s smart device. Also it’s tracked on their device not on the parents device, which would make more sense. Unless I’ve set it up incorrectly. Also, the toothbrush only runs for 1 minute before shutting off, I’ve always told my child to brush for 2 minutes, 1 min. For top and 1 for bottom. Now she thinks 1 minute is all she needs. I Don’t Know why it doesn’t run for 2 min. Maybe 1 is all a sonicare needs? Still I wish they either did 2 minutes, allowed you to choose or not used a auto shut off at all. The head of the tooth brush has been lasting pretty good, I Don’t Know what the reviews saying they break were about, maybe that problem has been fixed. My child like it, but it can tickle her mouth at some points in her mouth, but I think that's a good sign!
