My kids love it! But... I opened up the review page specifically to ask/recommend that the software be updated so that the child's account is available across multiple devices. Sometimes they brush using my phone and sometimes using their dad's phone if I'm working late so I have a reminder to "fake brush" when I'm out (after confirmation from my husband that they did brush) so that they can build their streaks. My son really wants a long streak (my daughter doesn't care). But I'm human and sometimes forget. Looking forward to the sonicare kids app 2.0 where this is a possibility! Also, the ability to program in a reminder after brushing - "Don't forget your retainer!", or flossing, or whatever would be helpful.

Battery does not last long and won't hold a charge. Know this will need replacing and that it has a short life span. It should lastmuch longer. Went to buy a new Sonicare at Target for my child (different model at Target (2/2025) and it had a USB plug with no way to plug into the wall. You have to buy a USB charger to use it. I have never bought a "partial product". Sonicare is getting phased out of our house for good. I have to make another trip to Target for the return.

My son loves this brush. It was a great motivator to get him brushing regularly. However, the motor in it has failed after only 10 months - I find this to be unacceptable.

I bought two of these under a year ago, and one is dead. It won't hold a charge - no idea how to get Philips to send us a new one. My daughter is frustrated by the app. Sometimes it will start her "streak" all over again ("14 more for a free gift!") even if she did not miss any brushings or get the "gift" - it seems glitchy at times. Philips - It would mean a lot to my daughter if you would please respond. She loves the app and wants it to work, and she does not want to lose her streak.

Great design to teach kids to brush teeth by watching the video on app, but the quality of the material it’s very hard to keep it clean( without mold) the bottom of the brush, the connection between head and brush need to be cleaned very often, otherwise it will have mold! I change brush head every 2-3 months and use brush to clean this brush weekly…. Hope you to find other material that won’t cause mold esp for kid’s toothbrush

The first toothbrush I bought for my kid lasted a few years. Then I bought 2nd one, and it stopped working within 6 months. I am now hesitated if I should buy another one because I don’t know how long it will last.

I bought these for all of my kids, and after about 6 months, the button becomes very difficult to use and we have to press it several times until it turns on. This is also a pretty bulkyyy toothbrush, I wish it was thinner and not as long especially for toddlers. The stickers don’t last super long until they start peeling and looking/feeling ugly, and not to mention trying to line them up perfectly isn’t fun. Be prepared to spend $10 per replacement toothbrush HEAD. That costs more than my sonicare heads! If you have multiple kids, that adds up every 6-12 weeks. This toothbrush is definitely not worth the $35 plus the money it costs to replace the heads regularly. I am switching to the Sonicare One that is slimmer and the replacement heads are half the price.

I have three kids so I bought 3. I have since had to replace all three because they stopped working after 8 months. I have now bought 6 toothbrushes in a year and the other replacement has stopped working so frustrating!

This toothbrush worked for about 2 weeks. After reaching out to Phillips they were great at first and sent a new one in the mail. However it did not come with brush heads or the fun stickers that my child really enjoyed. Pretty disappointed.
