Our battery-operated Traditional Adjustable Window Candlefeatures an outward-facing LED bulb for a brighter shine outside and a more subtle display indoors. This classic window candle features a realistic taper and a traditionally-styled metal base for timeless style. Our battery-operated window candle adjusts to 13"H or 14½"H to suit any space or window frame. Convenient auto-timer turns on the candle for 6 hours and turns it off for 18. Place one of these high-quality candles in every window to give your home a warm and welcoming look! Each takes four AA batteries, not included. Pewter base has a white candle; Antique Bronze, Brass and Onyx bases have ivory candles.

I love these lights because they are so easy to set up and don't have to do anything for the whole month. No extension cords make them so much easier to use and the timers are a dream as the lights come on automatically, shutting off 6 hours later. The bulbs have a bright side and a duller side so it is not bothersome from inside the house. I highly recommend these and look forward to using them every December!
I would buy them again, if I ever would need more.

Used these window candles as part of my Christmas decorating. Nice you can adjust height on them. The color of the light you get from them was what I was looking for and got in them.

The candles are lovely and timers are great - consistent on 6 hours and off for 18 hours. I would have given 5 stars if they included an extra bulb…or if P&H gave an option to add extra bulbs to the candle order (instead of hunting for extra bulbs & then paying $8.95 to ship 2 bulbs)

I've purchased many of these over the years and have had very good luck with them. I have them with the bronze base and the black base, and I've decided I prefer the black. You can adjust them to the minimum and maximum heights and heights inbetween. I live in upstate NY and find that batteries will last one month when the candle is on the sill of a cold window, the cold drains the batteries faster. I use them occasionally during the year, and they're great during a power outage! I buy them without hesitation, I recommend them.

Nice looking product, substantial materials. But the light does not always come on. I turned them on for the 5 hour light, but all but one of them has to be redone most nights. I'm very disappointed in this product. Was depending on a better product from Plow & Hearth.

Many of my neighbors put candles in their windows during the winter holiday season. I always wanted to do the same, so a few years ago, I got these candles to put in the front windows of the house. Each year I added more, so now every window is lit.
I was a little disappointed!

I was hoping to get close to 30 days with batteries as advertised, but only got two weeks. I was hoping to get 10 to 12 hours per day.

I've had a few candlesticks that got battery acid in them and I wanted to order replacement ones along with some bulbs. Plow & Hearth did offer those in the past, I can't seem to find them now. The bases are still in perfect condition so I do not need new bases and the extra expense. Disappointed.

Perfect in a window. A warm welcome sign. The base is a perfect bronze color and has a solid weight to it.
