This coffee maker works okay with grounds. It does not work well with kcups. The first kcup I made had tons of grounds in the coffee. The second kcup was very light brown. The kcup poker seems out of line.

ok so I was pretty impressed the first time but loading K cups is a joke it makes a mess total disaster, using ground coffee is ok but the coffee isn't hot maybe warm i wish i kept the box i would return it all i can say is JUNK

I just got this coffee maker, so I can't address its durability, but I have been happy with other Proctor Silex products. This single serve coffee maker only has a 10 oz tank and isn't tall enough for a travel mug to fit. Other than that, it seems to work well.

I am usually the only one in my home that drinks coffee so it works great for me to have a little pick me up in the mornings. I only use k cups and its easy to insert and press. The button down for the k cup to open.

It dont take up much space on your counter. It's very easy to clean and use. My only complaints are it's kinda noisy sometimes and I get coffee ground in my coffee cup somehow. But over all it's pretty good.

My only problem is that I prefer a bigger cup of coffee in the morning with milk. When pouring water into it, you have to pour exactly as much as you need, otherwise it will overflow. I don't make coffee in it in general because I like to drink a bigger cup of coffee, but my kids use it almost every day to make tea or hot chocolate. Overall, I'm not entirely satisfied, but someone who likes black coffee will be very pleased.

I'm the only one in my household that drinks coffee, so this is perfect for me! Being single serve size, I never have to worry about making too much coffee at once. The coffee pot itself is small, so doesn't take up too much room. It brews my cup of coffee very quickly, which is even better on mornings I'm in a rush. It's easy to clean. The only thing I wish was different, is I wish it had a longer cord. Overall it's a great product!

It takes about 3 or 4 mins for it to make a cup of coffee. Just put the cup in its spot and wait. Couldnt ask for a better coffee pot since I only drink one mayb two cups a day. Saves me so much coffee.

I do not have the funds for other brands and I know of this brand and have had many great products from them. Sadly this is not one of them. It took 3 k cups just to get it all sorted out since the directions are really unclear. I’m still unsure if I’m brewing it correctly. Either way I do brew it I end up with mostly grounds and air. The sound thus machine makes as it’s trying to do its job is something that will keep you up at night. After the 3 attempts I had my fiancé give the freshly brewed coffee a go and it was a no from him as well. Many kinks need to be worked out with this machine. Now I’m 100% out of at home coffee until I find another.
