I had this coffee maker not even 2 months and it died! I had even descaled it before it called for it to be done. It worked after the descaling so that was not the cause. I expect more from Keurig.

We have had three and they all quit working in less than 2 years. Two were dealt with warranty and the third we had to fight with them ti get it replaced. We ended up going with a different brand and are happy with the results so far.

we went through a process as we bought a Kurig Supreme Cofee maker trhrough Air Miles that was defective. Keurig accepted my warranty claim and sent me nw one - same model. It works ( only with K-cups) but the first cup of coffe I made was not hot enough and tasted weak. The next cup I used the strong button. Still weak and still not hot. We have an older Kuerig coffee maker that still works thanfully, however, I will never again buy nor reecommend Keurig products. Shame Shame. Jim Spinelli

This is my third Keurig coffee maker…usually last straw is when it says add water, and the carafe is full. I thought I was getting a similar model, but only one level of hot and strength to choose from. Pretty basic coffee maker for the price.

Quit working after three months. I swear Keurig has started making these less and less reliable so you have to buy more machines. Terrible. Going to try Nespresso instead.

Product was approximately one month out of warrant however with persistence Keurig did a replacement for which the deserve full marks. Thank you. Would have rated 5 star except for questionable service in that initial replies to mail are automatic ones and it just sits there forever. This requires one to three phone calls to get a live body to to review and act on the problem, not great.

I like the Keurig K-Supreme, it's great for the office. My only issue has been when descaling time comes. I've had to call for replacement the last 3 times I think. Not sure what is going on but it just stops working at some point during the descaling process.

Keurig was terrific about responding to my need to replace the malfunctioning brewer. They didn’t hesitate for a second. I produced the necessary proofs they requested and they sent a replacement brewer immediately.
