As an oily skin girl, this helps mattify my face but it doesn’t make it look too matte either. My only problem is that it says it’s translucent but it’s not as translucent as I expected. It has a bit of a white powdery colour so whenever I put it on top of my foundation it lightens the colour to a kind of unnatural colour. I’d probably prefer a brown tinted pressed powder instead.

I am a big fan of IT cosmetics, but, you know, the cost - $32 on average for their pore concealing face powder. Needless to say I was so stoked to find that this is every bit as good, clean and at 1/5th the price. SOLD! It does not come with a powder puff or brush (even though there is a space for one under the powder), so save one from your other compact and pop it into the holding spot.

I've had this powder since high school, and it's one of my favorite elf products. I have very VERY oily skin, and this powder mattifies my skin like no other. It's perfectly translucent, so I can use it with any foundation or even on top of sunscreen. 10/10 Chef's kiss

I got this a while back because my face tends to get very oily throughout the day, and this does a pretty good job keeping it in check. It’s not perfect, but it doesn’t make me look cakey or leave a white-cast that I’ve noticed. You might need to reapply if you have skin like mine

I bought this super fine pressed powder to set concealer under my crepey eyes. It did not work out very well for me. I also dropped the compact on the counter and it turned into loose chunks. So sad! I had to throw it away and I did not buy more. I'm seeing better results under my aging eyes with holy hydration eye cream, power grip primer (pink gel), concealer, and power grip setting spray(blue).
